If you live in a harmonious environment, maintain a regular daily routine, and have a balanced diet, you do not need to deliberately pursue nourishment or conditioning; you will naturally receive the gentle influence of harmony and warmth. This suggests that to achieve harmony, one must first act with integrity.

To say that harmony is a constitution is perhaps more accurately described as an attitude. This attitude follows the principle of simplicity; it respects inner desires; it honors relationships between people; and it acknowledges the relationship between humans and nature. Daily life should align with the rhythms of nature; energy should be replenished at sunrise, leading to abundant vitality. As one harmonizes with their inner wishes, they find tranquility in authenticity; they treat others with kindness and tolerance. Entering such a state allows one to see romance in the cool autumn, find beauty in the cold winter, and witness vitality in the hot summer. This is the inner spring, and what our bodies can feel is simply comfort.

The path to health must be walked by oneself. There is no need to rush; walk slowly with a calm and peaceful heart. Until one day, you look in the mirror and see clear, radiant skin, thick black hair, sparkling eyes, a flexible and strong body, and a gentle demeanor. You will realize: I am very healthy! The Harmonious Constitution is, in fact, a beautiful appearance!

Next, you will no longer suffer from constipation; you will learn to sleep deeply, like a sweet-sleeping baby. Each morning, you stretch and awaken with a smile, taking deep breaths filled with the scent of happiness. Abundant energy is brewing within you, and you can face the flu with a smile, watching it pass by like a fool, always unable to find a gap. At this moment, you will tell yourself that the Harmonious Constitution is simply one word: refreshing!
