Ingredients: – Dried longan 15g – Goji berries to taste – Lotus seeds 20g – Peanuts to taste – Tremella 1 piece – Red dates 5 pieces – Water 1000ml – Rock sugar to taste
Instructions: 1. Soak the tremella in advance and tear it into small pieces; rinse the lotus seeds and remove the cores. 2. In a pot, add water, tremella, red dates, peanuts, and lotus seeds, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Add dried longan and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. 4.
