Introduction to the Preventive Health Center
The Preventive Health Center was established in 2010 and is one of the demonstration pilot units approved by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine for “Preventive Health” and a key specialty in Guangdong Province.
It focuses on spreading the TCM concept of “preventing disease before it occurs, preventing changes in existing diseases, and preventing recurrence after recovery”. It conducts joint examinations of Chinese and Western medicine, based on modern medical check-ups, using advanced TCM diagnostic equipment such as the TCM constitution identification system, body composition analyzer, TCM four diagnostic instruments, meridian detection instruments, and sound recognition instruments, combined with the clinical experience of TCM experts to form a health assessment model oriented towards TCM constitution identification, psychological assessment, and TCM health maintenance. This is complemented by assessing individual health status, risk warning, and early intervention to achieve the goal of “preventing disease before it occurs, preventing changes in existing diseases, and preventing recurrence after recovery” for health maintenance.
The center adheres to the service philosophy of “people-oriented, health-centered” and is committed to providing standardized, high-quality, and efficient preventive health services to the public.
