Regularly Recite Six Words to Nourish the Five Organs, Resist Disease, and Prevent Aging!
The Six-Word Formula, or Six-Word Health Preservation Method, is an ancient health practice passed down in China, which is a form of breathing technique. Its greatest feature is: to strengthen the internal organ functions of the body, through guided breathing, fully stimulating and mobilizing the latent abilities of the organs to resist disease invasion and prevent premature aging as one grows older.
The Six-Word Formula is a breathing technique. It involves different pronunciations and mouth shapes of the words xū, hē, hū, xì, chuī, and xī, with varying exertion of the lips, teeth, throat, and tongue, to stimulate the flow of qi and blood in different organs and meridians.
By using the Six-Word Formula to expel the toxic gases from the organs and inhaling the pure qi from the universe, the qi of the five organs and six bowels circulates and renews daily, thus stimulating their potential. As a result, one will feel energetic and enjoy longevity. This set of Six-Word Health Preservation Techniques is mainly divided into daily practice and seasonal practice.
The primary function of the Six-Word Formula is to guide the qi of the five organs and six bowels through breathing. When the qi is turbid, one becomes ill; if the turbid qi of the five organs and six bowels is expelled and fresh qi is inhaled, health will be restored. How can one expel the turbid qi from the body?
