Daoist Guiding Techniques: Encountering the Best Version of Yourself

Since last year, I have been sharing the Daoist guiding techniques for over a year. Today, a fellow student shared a practical article, and I am posting it for everyone to discuss together.

At the end of the article, many students shared their experiences after practicing.

Hello, Teacher Xiao Yi.

I have been practicing the Daoist guiding techniques for over nine months, and during this time, I have benefited greatly. I opened a therapy studio, and I found that many of my clients had recurring health issues. I have been searching for ways to change health lifestyles comprehensively to help more people recover their health. Before practicing the guiding techniques, I also practiced several other methods, such as XX boxing, XXX extreme, and XXXX skill, and I had some exposure to them…

After practicing for a while, I found that although these methods are good, they are not suitable for widespread dissemination. Until last year, I discovered Teacher Xiao Yi’s guiding techniques. Through my personal experience, I gained a deeper understanding of Teacher Xiao Yi’s thoughts and the guiding techniques. We should follow Teacher Xiao Yi’s ideas and spread the guiding techniques more widely.

Whether for oneself or for others, it is a meritorious deed to send health to others and increase blessings for oneself.

Therefore, from my clients to my friends, I have been leading them to practice the guiding techniques every morning at 6 AM for over 50 days, influencing more than 20 people to practice together. They have all experienced changes in their bodies and have praised the guiding techniques.

At the same time, I have also noticed that I have gained more trust from my clients and respect from strangers. This makes me feel that doing good deeds without asking for rewards will surely be blessed by heaven, which strengthens my confidence in continuing to spread the guiding techniques. I am very grateful to Teacher Xiao Yi for making the guiding techniques public, allowing more people to gain health. This is the action of a sage, with immeasurable merit.

At the same time, I will follow Teacher Xiao Yi’s thoughts, contribute to public welfare, and use the guiding techniques as a foundation, guided by kindness, to benefit more people.

I wrote a brief introduction to the guiding techniques, and with the teacher’s consent, I am sharing it in the group. All students are welcome to provide feedback. This is for introducing the guiding techniques to others and for promotional use.

“Daoist Guiding Techniques”

This set of techniques is original to Teacher Xiao Yi. He visited some folk practitioners, spent a lot of resources, and combined old cultivation methods with years of exploration. Teacher Xiao Yi integrated traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture, tui na (Chinese therapeutic massage), bone-setting, guiding, alchemy, and breathing techniques to form a complete system of Daoist guiding techniques.

The Daoist guiding techniques system is relatively complete, divided into exercises for the limbs, face, shoulder and neck, chest, and abdomen. It can quickly enhance the body’s Yang energy, unblock the meridians, and stretch the fascia. Regular practice can effectively improve blood circulation and sub-health conditions.

I also learned from Teacher Xiao Yi by chance and have been studying for over 200 days. During this time, my energy has been abundant, I have not been to the hospital, and I have not suffered from major illnesses. Based on my personal experience, I introduce this method to everyone, hoping that more destined individuals can learn this method and spread health. I hope those who are destined will cherish it.

To achieve longevity, one must practice guiding.

Guiding means, “Guide the Qi to harmonize, and lead the body to be soft. When the Qi is harmonious and the body is soft, longevity can be sought.”
