留罐法留罐法是拔罐中最常用的一种方法,又称坐罐法,指将罐吸拔在皮肤上留置一段时间的拔罐法。留罐时间为5~20分钟,视患者和疾病的情况以及季节的不同而定。一般夏季及皮肤薄处留罐时间不宜过长。留罐法又有两种形式:一是单罐法,即单罐独用,适用于病变范围小的情况。二是多罐法,即多罐并用,又被称为排罐法。罐具一般循肌束、神经或经脉走行位置。若身体强壮罐具排列可以紧密些,若身体虚弱,罐具排列应稀疏些。适用于病变范围较广泛者。闪罐法闪罐法是一手执罐,一手用镊子夹住酒精棉球或系有棉团的铁丝,点燃后立即抽出,迅速将罐拔在患者患处,随后立即取下,反复操作十数次乃至数十次,直至皮肤潮红出现瘀斑为止。此法适应于肌肉比较松弛处。走罐法走罐法称推罐法或拉罐法。选择罐口较大、罐口壁较厚且光滑无破损的罐具,然后在要拔罐的部位,薄薄涂一层润滑剂,如液状石蜡、凡士林或者其他植物油。采用闪火法或投火法将罐吸拔在皮肤上以后,手握罐底,稍倾斜罐体慢慢来回推移。方向是前、后、左、右,还可以做旋转。反复数次,直至皮肤潮红出现瘀斑。适用于身体面积大而平坦,肌肉丰厚结实的部位,如背、腰部。拔罐的作用:拔罐器具有活气血、散寒邪、止痛消肿的治疗功效,适用于肩周炎、颈椎病、风湿性关节炎、神经性头痛、腰腿痛、三叉神经痛、坐骨神经痛等疾病。罐印颜色:1、罐印紫黑而暗:一般表示供血不足,行经不畅有血淤现象。2、罐印发紫并伴有斑块:一般表示寒凝血淤症。3、罐印呈散在紫点状,且深浅不一:表示气滞血淤症。4、罐印鲜红而艳:一般表示阴虚,气血两虚或阴虚火旺。5、罐印红而暗:表示血脂高,且有热邪。6、罐印灰白,触而不温:多为虚寒或湿邪。7、罐印表面有皮纹或微痒:表示风邪或湿症。8、罐体内壁有水气:表示该部位有湿气。9、罐印出现水泡:说明体内湿气重,如果水泡内有血水是湿热毒的反应。拔罐注意事项:1、刮痧拔罐结束两小时内不能冲凉,喝冷饮,两小时后冲凉要用热水。2、刮痧拔罐过程中不可开空调,风扇,避免空气对流。3、过饱过饿过喝不可刮,饭后一小时刮痧、拔罐。
