Causes of Anemia
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes that the main causes of anemia are due to weak constitution, irregular diet, or prolonged illness leading to blood loss, resulting in spleen and kidney deficiency. Clinically, based on symptoms, it can be differentiated into patterns such as Qi not holding blood, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, and deficiency of the five organs.
Symptoms of Anemia
The most common symptoms of anemia include dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, and drowsiness, especially after physical activity or intense exercise, which can worsen the condition. If anemia is prolonged and severe, symptoms such as memory loss, tinnitus, and insomnia may also occur.
