What is Yin Deficiency Constitution?

Manifestations of Yin Deficiency Constitution

The characteristics of Yin Deficiency Constitution can be summarized in two words: Dryness and Heat.Dryness:Due to insufficient Yin fluids, the body lacks nourishment, resulting in symptoms such asdry mouth and throat, dry eyes and nose, scanty urination, and dry stools, often with a lean physique.Heat:Yin deficiency generates internal heat, which can manifest asirritability, excitement, five hearts heat (palms and soles), and flushed complexion.3
