Place all ingredients in a clay pot with appropriate water, boil vigorously, skim off foam, then add pepper, star anise, and cooking wine, simmer until the meat is tender. Warming the kidneys, receiving qi, stopping cough, and resolving phlegm – Walnut and Ginseng Drink: Ingredients: 20g of walnut kernels, 6g of ginseng, 3 slices of ginger, a little rock sugar. Warming the kidneys, strengthening yang, and stopping diarrhea – Four Gods Kidney Flower: 1 pair of pig or lamb kidneys, 10g of psoralea, 10g of nutmeg, 10g of pepper, and 10g of star anise. Clean the kidneys, cut into pieces, and make fine cuts, boil with the other four ingredients in appropriate water for half an hour, then add a little salt and boil for another 10 minutes.
