1. Lifesaving Point – Ren Zhong (Philtrum)
Ren Zhong: Located at the midpoint of the nasolabial groove. This point is an important emergency acupoint. In cases of stroke, heatstroke, poisoning, allergies, or during surgical anesthesia when coma, respiratory arrest, low blood pressure, or shock occurs, the practitioner can use the tips of the index and middle fingers to apply strong pressure on the upper part of the lip groove, stimulating the point at a rate of 20-40 times per minute to quickly revive the patient.
2. Universal Point – He Gu (Hegu)
He Gu: This point is located between the first and second metacarpal bones on the back of the hand, at the midpoint of the radial side of the second metacarpal bone. It is called the universal point because of its wide range of effects, primarily used clinically to assist in treating headaches, fever, red and swollen eyes, facial paralysis, deafness, and delayed labor.
3. Longevity Point, Stomach Strengthening Point – Zu San Li (Zusanli)
Zu San Li: Located on the anterior lateral side of the lower leg, 3 inches below the knee cap, one finger breadth (middle finger) away from the anterior border of the tibia.
4. Qi-Reducing Point – Tai Chong (Taichong)
Tai Chong: Located on the dorsal side of the foot, in the depression before the junction of the first and second metatarsal bones.

Huan Tiao: Located in the lower outer part of the buttock, at the intersection of the outer third and middle third of the line connecting the most prominent point of the greater trochanter and the sacral hiatus.
Fei Yang: Located on the posterior lateral side of the lower leg, 7 inches directly above the midpoint of the horizontal line connecting the tip of the outer ankle and the Achilles tendon, at the posterior edge of the fibula.

Nei Guan: Located on the palmar side of the forearm, 2 inches above the wrist crease, between the tendons of the palmaris longus and the radial flexor of the wrist.

Liang Qiu: This point is located in the depression that appears when the knee is extended; it is about three fingerbreadths above the right end of the kneecap.

Yong Quan: Located in the depression at the front of the foot, one-third of the way from the tips of the second and third toes to the heel.

Fu Liu: Sitting with feet hanging down or lying on the back, 2 inches above Tai Xi, at the anterior edge of the Achilles tendon.

Di Ji: Located on the inner side of the lower leg, on the line connecting the tip of the inner ankle and Yin Ling Quan (Yinlingquan), 3 inches below Yin Ling Quan.
24. Toothache Point – Jian Jing (Jianjing)
Jian Jing: Located at the midpoint of the line connecting the Da Zhui (Dazhui) point and the acromion, at the highest point of the shoulder.
25. Gallstone Point – Zhong Du (Zhongdu)
Zhong Du: Located on the outer side of the thigh, 2 inches below Feng Shi (Fengshi), or 5 inches above the horizontal crease, between the vastus lateralis and biceps femoris.
26. Insomnia, Nocturnal Emission Point – Ran Gu (Rangu)
Ran Gu: Located on the inner edge of the foot, below the tuberosity of the navicular bone, at the junction of the red and white flesh.
Tai Xi: Located in the ankle area, in the depression between the tip of the inner ankle and the Achilles tendon.
Kong Zui: Located on the radial side of the palmar surface of the forearm, 7 inches above the wrist crease on the line connecting Chi Ze and Tai Yuan (Taiyuan).

Si Zhu Kong: Located on the face, in the depression at the outer end of the eyebrow.
30. Eye Bag Point – Cheng Qi (Chengqi)
Cheng Qi: Located above the lower margin of the orbit, in the orbicularis oculi muscle.
31. Crow’s Feet Point – Tong Zi Liao (Tongzilia)
Tong Zi Liao: Located on the face, 0.5 inches lateral to the outer canthus of the eye.
Li Dui: Located on the outer side of the distal phalanx of the second toe, 0.1 inches from the corner of the toenail.
Xia Ju Xu: Located on the anterior lateral side of the lower leg, 9 inches below the knee cap, one finger breadth (middle finger) away from the anterior border of the tibia.
34. Gastroenteritis Point – Tian Shu (Tianshu)
Tian Shu: Located in the abdomen, 2 inches lateral to the umbilicus, at the level of the rectus abdominis and its sheath.
35. Cystitis, Prostatitis, Nephritis Point – Shui Dao (Shuidao)
Shui Dao: Located in the lower abdomen, 3 inches below the umbilicus, 2 inches lateral to the anterior midline.
36. Throat Loss of Voice Point – Da Zhong (Dazhong)
Da Zhong: Located on the inner side of the ankle, below the inner ankle, in the depression at the attachment of the Achilles tendon.

Si Bai: Located directly below the pupil when looking straight ahead, at the depression of the infraorbital foramen.

Jie Xi: Located in the central depression of the ankle joint on the dorsal side of the foot, between the tendons of the long extensor of the toes and the long extensor of the big toe.
Wan Gu: Located on the ulnar side of the palm, in the depression between the base of the fifth metacarpal and the hook of the hamate, at the junction of the red and white flesh.
42. Sprain Point – Da Bao (Dabao)
Da Bao: Located on the lateral chest wall, at the sixth intercostal space along the midaxillary line.
43. Anorexia, Hair Loss Point – Tai Xi (Taixi)
Tai Xi: Located in the ankle area, in the depression between the tip of the inner ankle and the Achilles tendon.
Ying Xiang: Located on the face, about one centimeter away from the nostril in the wrinkle (at the midpoint of the outer edge of the nostril, in the nasolabial groove).
Zhi Mai: Located at the center of the auricular concha, between Jiao Sun (Jiaosun) and Yei Feng (Yefeng), along the line connecting the ear wheel.
46. Tennis Elbow Point – Zhou Liao (Zhouliao)
Zhou Liao: Located on the outer side of the arm, 1 inch above the elbow crease (using the width of the thumb’s interphalangeal joint as 1 inch).
Zhi Zheng: Located on the dorsal side of the forearm, on the line connecting Yang Gu (Yanggu) and Xiao Hai (Xiaohai), 5 inches above the wrist crease.
48. Sciatica Point, Spinal Disease – Hou Xi (Houxi)
Hou Xi: Located with a slight fist, at the proximal palmar crease of the fifth digit on the ulnar side.
49. Lumbar Disc Herniation Point – Jin Suo (Jinsuo)
Jin Suo: Located on the midline of the back, in the depression below the spinous process of the ninth thoracic vertebra.
50. Beauty Point, Chloasma Point – Tian Rong (Tianrong)

Yu Ji: This acupoint is located in the depression behind the first metacarpal joint (the first metacarpophalangeal joint), approximately at the midpoint of the first metacarpal on the radial side.
56. Qi Supplementing Point – Jing Qu (Jingqu)
Jing Qu: Located on the inner side of the radius, 1 inch above the wrist crease, in the depression on the radial side of the radial artery.
Jian Yu: Located on the shoulder, above the deltoid muscle, when the arm is abducted or extended forward, at the depression below the anterior edge of the acromion.
Tian Chi: Located in the chest, at the fourth intercostal space, 1 inch lateral to the nipple, 5 inches lateral to the anterior midline.
59. White Hair Point – Fu Bai (Fubai)
Fu Bai: Located on the head, above the mastoid process, at the intersection of the arc connecting Tian Chong (Tianchong) and Wan Gu (Wangu).

Gan Shu: Located on the back, 1.5 inches lateral to the spinous process of the ninth thoracic vertebra.

65. Phlegm Transformation Point – Feng Long (Fenglong)
Feng Long: To locate this point, draw a line between the knee and the outer ankle, find the midpoint of this line, then locate the point 1.5 inches lateral to the anterior border of the tibia, approximately two finger widths wide, aligned with the midpoint.
San Yin Jiao: Located on the inner side of the lower leg, 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle, behind the medial border of the tibia; the point is usually slightly swollen when palpated and painful when pressed.
67. Cramps, Muscle Strain Point – Yang Ling Quan (Yanglingquan)
Yang Ling Quan: Located on the outer side of the lower leg, in the depression below the head of the fibula.
68. Indigestion Point – Shui Gu (Shuigu)
Shui Gu: Located 1.5 inches above the hairline of the ear.
69. Urticaria Point – Feng Chi (Fengchi)
Feng Chi: Located at the nape of the neck, below the occipital bone, level with the Feng Fu (Fengfu) point, in the depression between the sternocleidomastoid and trapezius muscles.

Wei Zhong: Located at the midpoint of the popliteal crease, between the tendons of the biceps femoris and semitendinosus.
Li Gou: Located on the inner side of the lower leg, 5 inches above the tip of the inner ankle, at the center of the medial side of the tibia.
Jian Hang: Located on the dorsal side of the foot, in the depression between the first and second toes, slightly closer to the first toe.
74. Muscle Atrophy Point – Da Du (Dadu)
Da Du: Located on the inner edge of the foot, at the depression below the first metatarsophalangeal joint.
Zhu Bin: Located on the inner side of the lower leg, on the line connecting Tai Xi and Yin Gu (Yingu), 5 inches above Tai Xi, below the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle.
77. Sexual Function Point – Di Shen (Dishen)
Di Shen: Located at the midpoint of the transverse crease of the palms of both thumbs, and at the midpoint of the transverse crease of the big toes, pressing on the most painful points gives a total of four points.
Guang Ming: Located on the outer side of the lower leg, 5 inches above the tip of the outer ankle, at the anterior border of the fibula. Massaging this point after being angry can relieve the effects of anger.
Ji Quan: Located at the apex of the axilla, at the pulse of the axillary artery, with the arm raised to open the axilla.
Yun Men: Located on the upper outer side of the chest wall, above the coracoid process of the scapula, in the depression between the pectoralis major and deltoid muscles.
Zhu Bin: Located on the inner side of the lower leg, on the line connecting Tai Xi and Yin Gu, 5 inches above Tai Xi, below the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle.

Bai Hui: To locate this point, the patient should sit upright. It is located at the top center of the head, at the midpoint of the line connecting the two ears, 5 inches above the hairline and 7 inches below the back hairline, with a straight line distance between the front and back hairlines equivalent to 12 inches.
86. Facial Paralysis Point – Jia Che (Jiaoche)

Qian Gu: Located on the ulnar side of the little finger, in front of the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint, at the end of the transverse crease, at the junction of the red and white flesh.
