In the scorching summer heat,
Are you experiencing poor appetite, abdominal pain, nausea, fatigue, and loose stools?
Do you have significant muscle tension and discomfort across your entire back?
Do you frequently have acne on your face and back?
In Jiangnan, the humidity is high.
Are you overweight, with an oily face, and a craving for sweet and fried foods?
Are you a fan of meat dishes?
Do you enjoy alcohol and smoking?
These issues, while not life-threatening, significantly reduce your happiness index.
If you have the above symptoms, it is recommended that you try this traditional treatment method—Yóuzǒu Guàn (Moving Cupping).
Yóuzǒu Guàn is also known as sliding cupping, which involves applying petroleum jelly or essential oil to areas with more muscle, and then using a cupping device to create negative pressure to slide back and forth on the skin until it becomes red.
Effects of Yóuzǒu Guàn
It invigorates blood circulation, promotes qi and blood flow, eliminates toxins, relaxes muscles and meridians, adjusts yin and yang, alleviates muscle tension, regulates gastrointestinal function, relieves fatigue, and enhances physical strength.
Advantages of Yóuzǒu Guàn
This procedure is non-invasive, safe to use, and easy to perform.

2. After treatment, drink a moderate amount of warm water.
3. Avoid direct exposure of the treated area to air conditioning or fans after treatment.
4. Do not take a shower, swim, or soak in water immediately after cupping; wait about 4-6 hours before bathing.
5. Do not leave the cups on for too long to avoid blisters.
6. If small blisters appear, disinfect with iodine and cover with gauze; for larger blisters, puncture them, disinfect the skin with iodine, and then cover with gauze.
7. Yóuzǒu Guàn is generally performed once every two weeks.
Popular Science—What Does Cupping Mark Indicate?
After cupping, the local skin will show red bruises, which we call cupping marks. These usually dissipate within 7-10 days. We can often assess the body’s condition based on the color of the cupping marks. Generally, the earlier the marks appear, the darker the color, and the occasional appearance of blisters indicates heavier humidity.
