01. Yam (Shan Yao):
Yam can regulate the digestive system, reduce subcutaneous fat accumulation, prevent obesity, and enhance immune function. Eating it raw is the best for detoxification; you can cut peeled white yam and pineapple into small pieces and blend them into juice, which helps with digestion and intestinal health.
02. Mung Beans (Lü Dou):
Mung beans have the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, eliminating dampness, and promoting diuresis. Drinking mung bean soup is beneficial for detoxification and reducing swelling, but do not cook them for too long to avoid destroying organic acids and vitamins, which would reduce their effectiveness.

The tips of green asparagus are rich in vitamin A; when cooking, keep the tips just above the water surface to preserve the most nutrients.
