Rehmannia glutinosa, a tuberous root of the plant belonging to the family Scrophulariaceae, is processed through steaming and drying. 15g of Rehmannia glutinosa is placed in a clay pot with 300ml of water, simmered for 20 minutes to extract the juice. 500g of beef is cut into 4cm cubes, briefly boiled in water, and then removed.
