Hand
Shenmen (Spirit Gate) Point: Located at the wrist crease, extending from the little finger down to the depression at the base of the palm, helps with sleep, regulates the autonomic nervous system, and improves palpitations.
Neiguan (Inner Pass) Point: Located at the center of the palm crease, about three finger widths up from the wrist crease, helps with sleep, regulates the autonomic nervous system, relieves stress/fatigue, improves chest pain, palpitations, night sweats, soothes abdominal bloating, and treats dizziness.
Along the sides of each finger nail: Thumb (Lung Meridian), Middle Finger (Pericardium Meridian), Little Finger (Heart Meridian), Index Finger (Large Intestine Meridian), Ring Finger (Triple Warmer Meridian), Little Finger (Small Intestine Meridian): relieves stress/fatigue.
Hegu (Union Valley) Point: First, place the right thumb’s inner side across the left hand’s web between the thumb and index finger; the point where the thumb presses is the location, or when the thumb and index finger are brought together, a muscle bulge appears at the web, moving back to the valley depression is this point; relieves stress/fatigue, eliminates dark circles, reduces eye pressure, prevents “wind stroke”, boosts immunity, refreshes the mind, and can relieve shoulder and neck muscle stiffness.
Quchi (Pool at the Bend) Point: Located at the elbow joint’s depression when bent: relieves stress/fatigue, has a dispersing wind and clearing heat effect, aids in bowel movements, alleviates hair loss, improves skin circulation, and prevents “wind stroke”.
Laogong (Palace of Labor) Point: Located at the intersection of the middle and ring fingers extending downwards, approximately at the position where the middle finger touches the palm when making a fist, refreshes the mind and calms the heart.
Lung Points on Fingers: Located at the midpoint of the first phalanx of the ring finger; alleviates hair loss.
Head
Baihui (Hundred Meetings) Point: Located at the top of the head, at the intersection of a straight line drawn from the tips of both ears to the nose and the line to the back of the neck; can relieve shoulder and neck muscle stiffness, prevent headaches, refresh the mind, and alleviate hair loss.
Fengchi (Wind Pool) Point: Place both palms against the ears, fingers naturally spread to cradle the head, thumbs pushing upwards, at the junction of the neck and hairline there are depressions on both sides: eliminates dark circles, reduces eye pressure, improves neck stiffness, alleviates shoulder pain, and treats migraines.
Eyes
Chengqi (Receiving Tears) Point: Located directly below the eyeball, in the depression of the orbital bone; eliminates dark circles and reduces eye pressure.
Jingming (Bright Eyes) Point: Located at the starting point of the inner corner of the eye; eliminates dark circles, reduces eye pressure, can relieve shoulder and neck muscle stiffness, prevent headaches, and refresh the mind.
Cuanzhu (Gathering Bamboo) Point: Located near the brow, at the turning point of the brow ridge into the eye socket; eliminates dark circles and reduces eye pressure.
Yuyao (Fish Waist) Point: Located at the midpoint of the eyebrow; eliminates dark circles and reduces eye pressure.
Sizhukong (Silk Bamboo Hollow) Point: Located at the tail of the eyebrow; eliminates dark circles and reduces eye pressure.
Taiyang (Sun) Point: Located between the end of the eyebrow and the corner of the eye, about one finger width back; eliminates dark circles, reduces eye pressure, can relieve shoulder and neck muscle stiffness, prevent headaches, and refresh the mind, alleviating hair loss.
Ears
Ear Points for Spleen and Stomach: Targeting gastrointestinal discomfort and appetite control.
Ear Points for Shenmen ( Located in the triangular fossa above the ear), Heart Area, Endocrine, and Cortical Points; targeting fatigue and poor sleep quality.
Ear Points for Hip, Knee, and Cervical Points: targeting lower back pain.

Zusanli (Leg Three Miles) Point: Located about four finger widths below the outer side of the kneecap; shapes the body, restores slimness, promotes gastrointestinal function recovery, and boosts metabolism.

Located below the knee, with the thumb and index finger pressing down on both sides of the tibia to find a depression, on the inner side of the lower leg, pushing up to the end: San Yin Jiao (Three Yin Intersection) Point; about four finger widths above the highest point of the inner ankle, improves insomnia.
Yanglingquan (Yang Mound Spring) Point: Located on the outer side of the lower leg, one inch below the knee in a depression, near the head of the fibula; improves leg fatigue and thickness.
Chengshan (Supporting Mountain) Point: Located in the center of the calf muscle when standing on tiptoes, a depression appears; improves leg fatigue and thickness.
Yongquan (Gushing Spring) Point: Located at the center of the foot’s arch, about one-third down from the top; improves insomnia.
