Ingredients: Pork ribs, red dates, Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis), goji berries, Dang Shen (Codonopsis), ginger slices, cooking wine.

Method:

1. Soak the pork ribs for half an hour to remove blood, rinse clean, add ginger slices, and blanch in cooking wine to clean and set aside;

2. Add all ingredients, pour in enough water at once, bring to a boil over high heat, add a little cooking wine, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours until the pork ribs are tender;

3. Sprinkle goji berries and simmer for another 10 minutes, then season with salt.

Carrot and Beef Soup

Ingredients: Beef brisket, potatoes, carrots, ginger slices, rice wine, sesame oil.

1. Clean and cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks, set aside.

2. Clean the beef brisket, blanch to remove blood foam, and rinse clean, set aside.

3. In a pot, heat sesame oil, add ginger slices to sauté until fragrant, then stir-fry the beef brisket until golden.

4. In a cooking pot, add the beef brisket, a small amount of rice wine, and enough water to cover the beef, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30-60 minutes.

5. Add the potatoes and carrots, bring to a boil again, then simmer until the beef is tender, and season with salt.

Yam and Pumpkin Porridge

Ingredients: Pumpkin, yam, broth, rice.

Huang Qi (Astragalus) Stewed Sea Bass

Red Date and Longan Porridge

Ingredients: Longan, red dates, red beans.

Chestnut Braised Chicken

3. Add broth, cooking wine, salt, and soy sauce to season, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes, add chestnuts;

4. Cook the chicken until fully cooked, reduce the sauce over high heat, add a little sugar for flavor, thicken with water starch, and serve.

The above dietary therapies can be taken as needed, 1-2 times a week is recommended, except in special circumstances.
