Angelica Sinensis and Lamb Ginger Soup
Effect: This recipe serves two; halve the ingredients for one person. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea due to deficiency of Qi and Blood, with symptoms of cold abdominal pain during menstruation or postpartum abdominal pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, scanty menstruation, fatigue, pale tongue with white coating, and weak pulse.
Dosage: Once daily, taken 5-7 days before menstruation.
Ingredients: 200g lamb, 20g Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), 20g ginger, salt to taste.
Preparation:
1. Prepare the required ingredients;
2. Clean the lamb and cut it into small pieces; slice the Angelica and ginger;
3. Place the lamb in a stewing pot;
4. Add the ginger and Angelica slices;
5. Add one bowl of water (a regular rice bowl will do);
6. Cover and place in an electric stewing pot;
7. Stew for two hours;
8. After stewing, add a little salt to taste; (optional)
9. Mix well and serve.

Angelica Sinensis and Astragalus Tea
Effect: Nourishes blood, invigorates circulation, and regulates menstruation. It is used for menstrual irregularities due to blood deficiency or blood stasis, dysmenorrhea, and amenorrhea.
Dosage: Drink two to three times a week for improved blood circulation; as blood circulation improves, facial blemishes will fade.
Ingredients: 15g Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), 30g Astragalus (Huang Qi), 15g red dates, brown sugar to taste.
Preparation:
1. Prepare all ingredients;
2. Clean the red dates and remove the pits;
3. Rinse the Astragalus with clean water;
4. Clean and slice the Angelica;
5. Place the cleaned red dates, Astragalus, and Angelica in a pot;
6. Add an appropriate amount of clean water, cover the pot, bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes;
7. Sweeten with brown sugar to taste when drinking.

Angelica Sinensis Egg and Brown Sugar Water
Effect: It has a supportive effect for pale complexion, menstrual irregularities, and scanty menstruation.
Dosage: Drink 1-2 times a week.
Ingredients: 15g Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), 100g egg, 30g brown sugar.
Preparation:
1. Prepare all ingredients;
2. Soak the Angelica in water for 10 minutes, then gently brush clean;
3. Slice thinly;
4. Place the sliced Angelica in a pot, add an appropriate amount of clean water, bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes;
5. Boil the egg in water until cooked;
6. Remove, soak in cold water, peel the egg, and poke the surface of the egg white with a fork;
7. Place the peeled egg in the Angelica water, increase heat to boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes;
8. Add brown sugar and cook until dissolved;
9. Let cool to warm before serving.

Red Dates and Angelica Stewed Pork Ribs
Effect: Nourishes blood and enhances complexion, regulates Qi and blood.
Dosage: Best consumed one week after menstruation.
Ingredients: 200g pork ribs, 10 red dates, 5g Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), 5g goji berries, salt to taste.
Preparation:
1. Clean the pork ribs and place them in a stewing pot;
2. Clean the goji berries, red dates, and Angelica slices;
3. Cut the red dates open with scissors;
4. Place the red dates, Angelica, and goji berries in the stewing pot, add an appropriate amount of water. Place the stewing pot in a larger pot of water, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours;
5. Add salt to taste after stewing.

Angelica Sinensis and Astragalus Stewed Lean Meat
Effect: Angelica nourishes blood, red dates nourish blood, and Astragalus tonifies Qi. The combination is powerful for nourishing Qi and blood, especially suitable for women.
Dosage: Best consumed before and after menstruation.
Ingredients: 150g lean pork, 12g Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), 5 red dates, 10g Astragalus (Huang Qi), salt to taste, ginger slices to taste.
Preparation:
1. Cut the lean meat into appropriate sizes and slice ginger;
2. Blanch the meat and ginger in cold water to remove blood impurities;
3. Rinse with clean water and place in the stewing pot;
4. Rinse the Angelica with clean water and set aside;
5. Clean and pit the red dates and set aside;
6. Rinse the Astragalus with clean water and set aside;
7. Add the prepared Angelica, red dates, and Astragalus to the stewing pot;
8. Fill with hot water to about 80% full; follow the instructions for the electric stewing pot and add appropriate hot water around it, cover with the lid;
9. Stew for about 2.5-3 hours, adding a little salt before serving or leaving it out entirely!

Angelica Sinensis Stewed Black Chicken
Effect: Specifically treats blood deficiency and kidney deficiency, especially effective for cold hands and feet in winter.
Dosage: Can be consumed whenever desired~
Ingredients: 250g black chicken, oil to taste, salt to taste, 10g Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), 10g Astragalus (Huang Qi).
Preparation:
1. Use 10g Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), 250g black chicken, and 10g Astragalus (Huang Qi);
2. Cut the black chicken into small pieces and blanch in water;
3. This helps to remove impurities from inside the chicken, about 1 minute is sufficient;
4. Place in an electric stewing pot;
5. Rinse the Angelica and Astragalus and add them to the pot;
6. Add four bowls of water;
7. Cover and stew for 3 hours;
8. Add salt to taste before serving.
