Steps
1. Prepare Dang Gui.
2. Prepare Hong Zao.
3. Prepare Huang Qi.
4. Prepare Dang Shen and Gui Yuan.
5. Prepare Ji Dan.
6. Soak Dang Gui, Huang Qi, and Dang Shen for 30 minutes, then wash clean. Wash the Hong Zao and Gui Yuan.
7. Boil the Ji Dan until cooked.
8. Soak the Ji Dan in cold water to peel.
9. Use a toothpick to poke small holes in the Ji Dan for better flavor absorption.
10. Place two bowls of water in a pot, add all ingredients, and bring to a boil over high heat.
11. Prepare Hong Tang.
12. Once boiling, reduce to low heat, add Hong Tang, and simmer until reduced to one bowl of liquid.
13. Pour into a bowl, and it is ready to enjoy! It nourishes Qi and blood, especially beneficial!
