Qihai: located 1.5 inches below the navel on the anterior midline.

Yongquan: located on the sole of the foot, in the depression of the first third of the foot when the toes are flexed.

02Exercise Health Care

It is recommended that elderly individuals with a harmonious constitution develop good exercise habits, engaging in 30 minutes to 1 hour of aerobic exercise daily. Recommended health exercises include Baduanjin (八段锦), Tai Chi Sword, and Tai Chi.

03Daily Routine Adjustment

Daily activities should align with the four seasons’ Yin and Yang, balancing work and rest, ensuring adequate sleep, and avoiding sleeping immediately after meals.

04Mental Adjustment

It is advisable to maintain a peaceful mindset, adapting to the seasonal changes of Yin and Yang as much as possible.

For example, in spring, when Yang energy is rising, one should engage in outdoor activities in fresh air, keeping an open mind and optimistic emotions.

In summer, when the weather is hot, it is easy to become irritable; one should strive to maintain a calm mood.

In autumn, people often become anxious and sad; it is important to communicate and interact with others, maintaining an optimistic and open-minded attitude.

In winter, when the weather is cold and everything is hidden, mental cultivation should focus on tranquility, allowing the mind to remain calm and peaceful.
