2. Green Bean and Egg Flower Drink to Prevent Recurrence of Oral Ulcers
Oral ulcers can cause severe discomfort and pain, which can be quite distressing. Beat an egg in a bowl, while soaking an appropriate amount of green beans in cold water for over ten minutes in a clay pot, then boil for about two minutes. Before the green beans are fully cooked, pour out the water and mix it with the egg flower to drink, once in the morning and once in the evening. This remedy can alleviate oral ulcers within the same day, and generally, recovery occurs within three days, with a low chance of recurrence.

Select fresh walnuts, about seven, crack them open, and chop the kernels. In a clay pot, stir-fry them over low heat until they turn light yellow. Honeysuckle has been regarded as a superior medicinal herb in ancient times, with a sweet taste and cold nature, possessing functions of clearing heat and detoxifying, as well as dispersing wind-heat. Honey has the effect of harmonizing the stomach and moistening the intestines. Together, they effectively relieve constipation caused by heat accumulation.
Loofah has a fresh and slightly bitter taste, which can stimulate the secretion of digestive enzymes and enhance appetite. Its milky sap can increase the secretion of gastric juice and bile, which is especially beneficial for patients with weak digestive functions. Additionally, loofah is high in iron content, making it very beneficial for treating various types of anemia. When making a cold dish with loofah, adding some sesame paste can enhance the flavor.
7. Eating Oranges to Prevent Gallstones
Oranges are high in vitamin C and are a favorite fruit for many. However, eating more oranges also has the benefit of reducing the incidence of gallstones. This is because the vitamin C in oranges can inhibit the conversion of cholesterol into bile acids in the liver, thereby lowering the concentration of cholesterol in bile and reducing the chances of gallstones forming.

Take 100 grams of rice and 2 apples. Wash the apples, chop them with the skin, and blend them into juice for later use. 9. Mulberry Leaf and Chrysanthemum Tea for Early Stage Cold-Related Headaches
Take 15 grams each of mulberry leaves and chrysanthemum; wash them and steep in boiling water, adding an appropriate amount of white sugar to drink as tea. Mulberry leaves can clear the liver and disperse heat, relieve cough and benefit the throat, while chrysanthemum can clear wind-heat and relieve headaches.
