5. Ignite a smokeless moxa stick on top of the cup to generate heat, achieving the warming Yang effect.

The Warming Yang Cupping combines the expulsion of cold and the replenishment of heat, addressing the shortcomings of traditional cupping, which can only expel cold, and traditional moxibustion, which can only replenish heat.

The Warming Yang Cupping integrates fire cupping, moxibustion, and herbal hot compresses, primarily through the combined effects of thermal stimulation of acupuncture points and the negative pressure heat of the cup. It has the effects of warming the original Yang, dispelling cold and transforming dampness, promoting circulation, and strengthening the spleen to eliminate dampness, making it suitable for the regulation of Yang deficiency, cold body constitution, heavy dampness and obesity, and menstrual irregularities.
