1. Si Miao Wan (Four Marvels Pill)
Effect: Eliminates dampness and clears heat, strengthens tendons and bones
Indications: For liver and kidney deficiency, damp-heat accumulation causing numbness in the feet, weakness in the lower limbs, pain in the tendons and bones, and eczema on the feet.

3. Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Wan (Aromatic Sand Six Gentlemen Pill)
Effect: Benefits qi and strengthens the spleen, transforms phlegm and harmonizes the stomach
Indications: For various causes of spleen and stomach qi deficiency leading to reduced food intake, fatigue, excessive phlegm cough, chest and abdominal distension, and loose stools. Often used for chronic gastroenteritis, chronic gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, and chronic bronchitis.
Precautions: Use with caution in those with external pathogens; avoid raw, cold, and hard-to-digest foods.
4. Er Chen Wan (Two Aged Pill)
Effect: Dries dampness and transforms phlegm, regulates qi and harmonizes the stomach
Indications: For internal accumulation of dampness and phlegm causing excessive cough with phlegm, chest tightness, and even nausea and vomiting. Er Chen Wan has cough-suppressing, phlegm-eliminating, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects.
5. Shen Ling Bai Zhu Wan (Ginseng, Poria, and Atractylodes Pill)
Effect: Strengthens the spleen, eliminates dampness, and benefits qi
Indications: For spleen deficiency and heavy dampness leading to fatigue, diarrhea, and poor appetite. It can regulate gastrointestinal motility, combat ulcers, reduce fatigue, reduce inflammation, enhance immunity, suppress cough, eliminate phlegm, and promote diuresis.
6. Jin Qian Cao Granules (Lysimachia Granules)
Effect: Clears heat and reduces inflammation, alleviates swelling and pain, eliminates dampness and promotes urination
Indications: For heat and dampness in the urinary tract, such as prostatitis, urethritis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and cystitis, presenting with painful urination, jaundice, carbuncles, snake bites, liver and gallbladder stones, and urinary stones.
7. Wu Lin Wan (Five Lin Pill)
Effect: Clears heat and promotes urination, differentiates and stops painful urination.
Indications: For urinary frequency, urgency, and pain due to damp-heat in the lower jiao.

Effect: Clears heat, eliminates dampness, benefits qi, and generates fluids
Indications: Commonly used in summer for excessive summer dampness leading to fatigue, poor appetite, body heat, dry mouth, and heaviness.
Precautions: Contraindicated in diabetic patients.
