Third Stage: Spleen Deficiency with Dampness
Manifestations: Dizziness, frequent eczema, heavy body sensation, indigestion, reduced appetite with abdominal bloating, soft stools, etc.
Tongue Appearance: Teeth marks on the edges of the tongue

Fourth Stage: Spleen Deficiency with Phlegm-Dampness
Manifestations: Lack of energy, dizziness and fatigue, abdominal bloating and discomfort, indigestion, cough with phlegm, oily facial skin, etc.
Tongue Appearance: Thick and greasy tongue coating with cracks in the center

Fifth Stage: Spleen Deficiency with Blood Stasis
Manifestations: Poor appetite, indigestion, stabbing abdominal pain, unexplained bruising, dark stools, etc.
Tongue Appearance: Thick and purple veins under the tongue, petechiae on the tongue surface
