苍术 【中药名】苍术 (cangzhu) 【别名】南苍术、茅术、山精、赤术、仙术。 【英文名】Atractylodes Rhizoma 【性味归经】性温,味辛、苦。归脾经、胃经、肝经。 【功效与作用】燥湿健脾、祛风散寒、明目。属化湿药。 【临床应用】用量3~10克,水煎服。用治脘腹胀满、泄泻、水肿、脚气、风湿痹痛、风寒感冒、夜盲。 【药理研究】抗胃炎、抗胃溃疡;调节胃肠运动;抗肝损伤;抗缺氧;对烟碱受体有阻断作用。水煎剂可抗实验性胃炎及胃溃疡作用,对胃液量、胃酸度及胃蛋白酶活性均有明显抑制作用。血清性溃疡系因胃粘膜缺血、循环障碍而引起的组织坏死而形成的溃疡,苍术对此有明显效果。还有护肝利胆、抗缺氧等药理作用。 【使用禁忌】不能过量服用。忌与酸味食物同服。孕妇禁用。
