Everyone learns about longevity, yet fails to realize that longevity is in the present,
My method is simple and easy, just make porridge to nourish the spirit.
Cooking porridge does not require advanced culinary skills,
Just a heart willing to treat oneself well is enough!
In the three months of winter, when plants wither and insects hibernate, it is the season when all things in nature are hidden. During winter, the body’s Yang energy is concealed, thus winter wellness should focus on conserving Yin and protecting Yang. When it comes to nourishment, there are two types: food supplementation and medicinal supplementation, but “food supplementation is better than medicinal supplementation.”
In winter, enjoying a bowl of hot, fragrant porridge in the cold weather is a delightful meal for adults returning home from work, children coming back from school, and elderly people resting at home. Today, Yi Qi has compiled several heartwarming winter porridge recipes to share with our families!
