Zangfu Tui Na is a traditional Chinese medicine technique based on the principles of “holistic treatment and dialectical therapy.” It focuses on adjusting the functions of the middle jiao (zhong jiao) spleen and stomach to smooth the meridians, regulate the organs, and balance qi, blood, yin, and yang. This technique utilizes specific massage methods such as kneading (mo fa), grasping (na fa), rubbing (rou fa), and acupressure (dian xue) on abdominal and back acupoints, according to the theory of organ meridians, to treat internal medicine and gynecological conditions caused by organ dysfunction.
