Xi Yang Shen (American Ginseng): Supplements Qi and nourishes Yin
San Qi (Notoginseng): Resolves stasis, generates new blood, invigorates blood and stops bleeding
Su Geng (Perilla Stem): Moves Qi and opens the chest

For Qi deficiency type blood stasis, the main treatment strategy is to supplement Qi, along with blood-activating herbs to better promote blood circulation. If there is recent excess heat, consider reducing or eliminating the amount of ginseng used.
