The Five Elements Energy Cupping is based on traditional fire cupping, utilizing the principles of the Five Elements (Wu Xing) and the dynamic changes of Yin and Yang in the human body to create a personalized treatment plan for each individual. This therapy aims to unblock meridians, balance Yin and Yang, and strengthen the body’s defenses while expelling pathogenic factors.

The cupping vessels are made from negative ion energy ceramic clay and special magnetized water. The varying degrees of magnetization result in different therapeutic effects of the cups. Therefore, the cups are distinguished by five colors corresponding to the five internal organs. By integrating human mechanics and heat conduction science, and guided by traditional TCM theories, this method utilizes the different Five Elements attributes of the organs and meridians to warm the meridians through the ceramic cups, expelling pathogenic factors and strengthening the body’s defenses, thus achieving disease prevention and health maintenance.

Flash Cupping

This method involves using a flash fire technique to attach the cup to the skin and then immediately pulling it off. This is repeated multiple times along the bladder meridian for three cycles until the skin becomes red and warm.

Also known as push cupping, this technique involves applying a lubricant to the rim of the cup or the suction area, attaching the cup to the skin, and then holding the base of the cup while tilting it slightly to perform back-and-forth pushing or circular movements along the Du Meridian and bladder meridian for three cycles until the skin becomes red, deep red, or develops petechiae.

Moving CuppingRetention Cupping

This involves placing different colored cups on corresponding body areas and leaving them for 5-10 minutes. Finally, fire is applied to the top of the cup, heating it to a temperature of up to 80 degrees Celsius, which can enhance the release of negative ions by five times. The sustained warmth increases the permeability of blood vessels and enhances stimulation of acupoints, promoting metabolism. This therapy helps to replenish energy, restore vitality, adjust Yin and Yang balance, and enhance the body’s resistance to disease.

Five minutes of using the Five Elements Energy Cupping is equivalent to thirty minutes of regular cupping therapy.
