Complete Record of Qigong Empowerment (Recommended for Collection)

Author: Shi Zhijie

Introduction:

I am a master’s student in economics, currently 35 years old, working in Shanghai. I became fascinated with Qigong during high school and traveled extensively across the country to learn it, connecting with several teachers. However, I only grasped a superficial understanding of the methods, and many of those teachers did not possess the profound insights or practical experiences necessary for true mastery. As a result, my practice led to symptoms such as palpitations, anxiety, insomnia, and heart tremors, which worsened during my university years. Despite numerous hospital visits, no substantial heart issues were found; I was diagnosed with autonomic dysfunction of the heart, categorized as cardiac autonomic neurosis.

These symptoms were quite distressing! The medications prescribed by the hospital included Xinxin pills, vitamin E, and tranquilizers. When I consulted a TCM doctor, I was told that I had severe coldness in my body, with deficiencies in kidney yang, spleen yang, and heart yang. The prescribed herbal remedies included warming herbs like cinnamon, aconite, cassia twig, and dried ginger, which I took daily. Even during nighttime episodes at 2-3 AM, I had to take medication. I felt an overwhelming amount of coldness in my body, and despite consuming so many warming herbs, I experienced no relief. Over the years, I consulted countless doctors without finding a complete cure for my condition. I became disillusioned with professors and hospital doctors, as well as with Qigong practice. Finding a true master was difficult! Cultivating the Dao seemed as challenging as ascending to the heavens! Eventually, I found a teacher online who had a systematic approach to the small and large circulatory needle techniques. After seven days of acupuncture, I realized that perhaps I was not destined to connect with that teacher, as I still needed medication every day, and the acupuncture treatment yielded no results for my condition.

My connection with Master Yinding might have been a matter of timing, as my illness was due for healing. Around the National Day of 2008, I stumbled upon a record of Professor Kuang, a disciple of Master Yinding, successfully treating a patient. I called to learn more about the treatment, and I felt hopeful that my condition might be treatable. I decided to personally try it out. After making the decision to visit Master Yinding for treatment and contacting him by phone during the Spring Festival of 2009, I experienced a remarkable phenomenon: my lung breathing ceased for an extended period, and I felt warmth in my dantian, with the phenomenon of embryonic breathing emerging spontaneously. It was quite mysterious. At that time, I did not understand, but later I realized that “those with sincere hearts are known by their masters”; after connecting with Master Yinding, I had partially established a connection with his Daoist field, which produced this effect…

It has been a week since I returned home from my apprenticeship in Sichuan. I have been working and practicing Qigong daily, feeling energetic and emotionally uplifted, a stark contrast to my state just half a month ago. The past was hard to look back on; for two years, I had to take at least three doses of herbal medicine daily, and my condition would still flare up. Now, I am immersed in the Qi sea daily, often entering the state of embryonic breathing, and my energy levels are incomparable. I feel as if I have been reborn. All these changes stem from a unique experience that allowed me to experience the miraculous effects of Master Yinding’s authentic Daoist medicine – the secret method of Qigong empowerment and the cultivation techniques in the bedroom.

What is empowerment? What is the re-creation of wisdom roots?

The re-creation of wisdom roots is a concern for many practitioners and patients. Wisdom roots are the core issue affecting the efficacy of treatment and whether one can attain the Dao, achieve unity with heaven and humanity, or develop various miraculous abilities. But what exactly are wisdom roots? What is their essence? How can we effectively transform our wisdom roots? We should have a clear understanding of this, as it plays a significant role in healing and practicing, and it will strengthen our confidence.

In practical experience, some practitioners may have the experience of practicing for a long time, even many years, without significant progress, or even without experiencing what is called Qi sensation. The effects of practicing for healing are also not obvious. However, one day, after being pointed out by someone or by chance meeting someone, their body undergoes a special change, such as suddenly experiencing Qi sensation, and the healing effects improve dramatically. Why is this? The person you met likely possesses the ability to re-create wisdom roots and bless spiritual seedlings, which you must take seriously, as such opportunities are often rare. Missing this chance could lead to lifelong regret.

According to the theories of ancient cultivation, three conditions must come together to form new life: the ovum, sperm, and embryo. Without any of these factors, life cannot be formed; this is called the three conditions in harmony. The ovum and sperm are collectively referred to as the material embryo. Both the material embryo and the spiritual embryo undergo a process of rooting, budding, flowering, and fruiting. Human cultivation or healing is the process of experiencing the rooting, sprouting, flowering, and fruiting of the material and spiritual embryos. This is the process of transforming human life, improving physical constitution, and repairing hereditary disease codes. As the saying goes, it is the process of re-creating human life and body and mind. The physical aspect refers to obtaining a healthy and long life, while the mental aspect refers to the completion of spiritual seedlings and their arbitrary transplantation and cultivation, allowing many beings in the universe to gain new life.

A person’s postnatal growth is determined by the prenatal material and spiritual embryos. When a person is always robust, it is because their material embryo is sufficiently abundant. In modern scientific terms, this means that the person’s genetic code is complete and defect-free, thus forming their healthy physique. When a person possesses various extraordinary abilities, such as Zhang Baosheng and Wang Youcheng, the key lies in their spiritual embryo having innate functions like transporting and shaking pills. This spiritual embryo is what we refer to as wisdom roots. This explains why, in the practice of Qigong, some people can produce results while others cannot, and why some produce results quickly while others do so slowly. Those who can produce results have spiritual embryos or wisdom roots with such functions, while those who produce results quickly have spiritual embryos that innately possess such functions, which may be temporarily obscured by environmental influences. Once a Qigong master with spiritual energy points it out, it will manifest. External factors act through internal factors. Of course, even if you have innate conditions, if you do not have the opportunity to receive the master’s guidance, you may never manifest them in your lifetime. Therefore, it is essential to respect teachers and the Dao, and to cherish your opportunities. It is crucial to value the teacher’s enlightenment, guidance, and teachings. There is a question here: can those who are innately deficient and have flawed wisdom roots repair and recreate them? The answer is affirmative.

The Importance of Re-Creating Wisdom Roots

In fact, many people do not have innate wisdom roots. Can they be transformed? This question has been answered by predecessors long ago. Empowerment is the planting of the golden elixir of Daoist practice; it is the master with secret methods of cultivation transferring the spiritual seedlings of generations of ancestors into the disciple’s body, enabling the disciple to achieve the fruits of cultivation on the path of practice. The transmission of empowerment, especially for disciples of the Longmen sect, involves copying and transplanting the master’s and historical masters’ spiritual seedlings into the disciple’s body. Therefore, there is a saying in the cultivation community: without transmission, cultivation is ineffective, just as Tibetan Buddhism states that without empowerment, there is no gain from practice. Empowerment is an essential procedure for practicing secret methods. Without empowerment, one cannot hear or read certain secret texts, nor can one practice them, or else it is considered “theft of the law”. Even if one practices according to the law, one cannot achieve success and is prone to demonic possession. When a disciple studies a certain method, it must be taught by a Vajra master, and the disciple must undergo empowerment in the secret vehicle altar. After empowerment, the disciple has the right to hear, speak, and practice the secret methods. High-level practices emphasize the transmission of secret methods and strictly adhere to the principle that one cannot learn without a teacher. The Vajra master presiding over the empowerment ceremony must have received transmission of a certain method and must have achieved success in their own practice and specialized in the empowerment rituals. Empowerment is like turning on the switch for the disciple’s learning; in modern scientific terms, it connects to the electromagnetic channel of cosmic information. The master’s transfer of spiritual seedlings helps in practice, healing, and protects the disciple from external negative information interference at critical moments, facilitating the process of passing through the barriers and enhancing the effects of practice. Therefore, the authentic Daoist medicine of the Wuji Natural Recovery Technique – the secret method of Qigong empowerment and re-creation of wisdom roots – is indeed a rare and effective method we seldom encounter.

Below is my personal experience and feelings during the nine days from January 22 to January 30, 2009, when I sought a master in Sichuan. I write this to share with everyone that there are good doctors and true skills in the folk community:

1. Origin

I have been weak and sickly since childhood. In my twenties, I frequently experienced palpitations and insomnia. At that time, during the Qigong craze, I joined the ranks of Qigong practitioners with the aim of healing and fitness. Most Qigong practices emphasized focusing on the dantian and transforming essence into Qi. However, during this foundational stage, as an unmarried person, I could not resolve the issue of “leaking elixir” both physiologically and psychologically, leading to a progressively weaker body, and I ultimately had to give up. Two years ago, my condition worsened, with palpitations, anxiety, heart tremors, insomnia, and constant heart agitation, which developed into a feeling of oppression and tremors in the heart area. After thorough examinations, Western medicine found no organic issues, diagnosing it as cardiac neurosis, relying solely on medications like Xinxin pills, vitamin E, and tranquilizers to get by. I realized that my condition could no longer be delayed; otherwise, it would be too late if organic issues developed. By chance, I saw a record of Professor Kuang, a disciple of Master Yinding, successfully treating a patient, and later saw reports of Master Yinding successfully treating cervical spondylosis. I thought, if even cervical spondylosis with organic changes can be cured, then my condition must also have hope for recovery. I quickly contacted Master Yinding through his disciples and eventually arranged to visit him during the Spring Festival this year to learn and seek treatment.

2. Initial Encounter with the Wonderful Realm

After confirming my travel plans with Master Yinding, an unexpected event occurred that night. I usually practice the Six-Character Formula before bed. That night, after practicing a few “Xu” sounds, I suddenly felt my breathing through my mouth and nose had stopped, and I could only feel something breathing below my navel. My body felt as if it were about to float, and I could clearly sense the flow of meridians in my legs. The next day, I reported this to Master Yinding over the phone, and he smiled without answering, only asking me to experience it slowly. At that time, I truly did not understand, but later I realized that “those with sincere hearts are known by their masters”; after connecting with Master Yinding, I had partially established a connection with his powerful Qigong information field, which produced this effect…

3. Journey to Sichuan to Seek the Dao

January 22, 2009, was an important day in my life. While others were preparing for the New Year, I resolutely packed my bags and set off for the place of hope in my heart. I feel ashamed to admit that I initially did not have much confidence in Master Yinding, as in my previous experiences seeking treatment across the country, the greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. To be cautious, I prepared the herbal medicine I usually took, in case the effects were not good, and I even packed some pre-cooked, machine-packaged herbal medicine. I was deeply fearful of my heart condition, as the discomfort during episodes was chilling. I brought emergency heart pills with me on the plane, and due to the lack of oxygen at high altitudes, my heart immediately felt uncomfortable. I steeled myself, thinking that even if I collapsed today, I would have to hold on. I silently visualized Master Yinding’s photo and requested his help for a safe journey. Unexpectedly, as soon as I thought this, my mind became focused, and after just a few minutes, I suddenly lost the ability to breathe through my mouth and nose again, and the opening and closing below my navel made my whole body feel comfortable. This state continued throughout the flight and transfer, and remarkably, it was not affected by my conscious awareness; walking, sitting, lying down, speaking, and doing things were all unaffected. This state persisted until I met Master Yinding. Upon our first meeting, he was busy arranging accommodation and meals for me, then told me to rest well that day. I anxiously asked him if treatment could start today, as I could not wait even a moment, especially since I had to take medication before bed every day, or else I would not be able to sleep at night… However, Master Yinding sternly warned me that I must stop taking any medications while under his care; otherwise, I should go take my medicine and come back to find him. In the following days, he used unique Qigong empowerment methods, Qigong acupoint therapy, Qigong distance healing (i.e., Qigong needle technique), conventional acupuncture, and combined it with the unique Wuji recovery exercises he taught me, along with my own physical exercises and various comprehensive methods from the Wuji recovery technique for treatment. I steeled myself again, thinking that since I was here, whatever may come, I would accept it; at worst, I would die here, as I did not want to continue living the way I had before. Strangely, I passed the night safely, although I experienced a few palpitations, I managed to endure them. For the first time in ten years, I did not take medication at night, and I felt that this trip to Sichuan to seek medical help was indeed the right choice; I had found the right master, and I truly had hope for recovery. The next morning, I woke up feeling an indescribable joy and lightness…

4. Experiencing the Sound Frequency Spiritual Seedling Transplantation Empowerment and Wisdom Root Re-Creation Method

On January 23, 2009, I officially began treatment at Master Yinding’s home. I initially thought there would be a set of treatment instruments like silver needles and moxibustion sticks. However, he took out a book and began reading aloud to me. I felt a bit anxious, wondering if I had encountered a fraud. But then I thought to observe what he was doing, so I calmed down and listened. As I listened, before long, my body was involuntarily controlled by an invisible external force, and I began to move spontaneously, changing my hand gestures and occasionally uttering sounds like “A” and “Hong” while chanting. I also found myself performing many spontaneous actions, such as prostrating and kneeling before Master Yinding, similar to a devout Tibetan Buddhist. When Master Yinding empowered me through sound waves, I performed many involuntary actions and sounds that I had never learned or consciously thought of before. During this spontaneous practice, I felt my Qi and blood undergoing intense changes and physiological ascension, which was very natural and comfortable. I was immersed in this wonderful feeling… In summary, it was incredibly miraculous, astonishing, and unbelievable! All the spontaneous actions and phenomena I exhibited were recorded on audio and video at Master Yinding’s home as proof, and they are real and not fabricated.

After about half an hour, when Master Yinding stopped chanting and concluded the practice, I automatically returned to my normal state. He told me that I had just undergone the first empowerment and wisdom root re-creation through sound frequency, and the effects were excellent. He had activated my spontaneous practice, opened my meridians, balanced my yin and yang, and achieved good therapeutic effects. I suddenly realized that the important reason for illness in life is insufficient righteous Qi or insufficient personal energy to resist internal and external evils. Therefore, cultivating one’s righteous Qi is particularly important; the method of cultivating righteous Qi does not rely on external sources, as the human body has great medicine, and the key is to master the method of extraction and refinement. He demonstrated and taught me the Daoist secret methods of cultivating essence and transforming essence, collectively known as the “Leaking Elixir” training method, and instructed me to practice diligently for life. This is not only the best method for “preventing illness before it occurs” but also a pathway to the Dao, with the potential for achieving results.

That evening, Master Yinding performed unique Qigong acupoint therapy on me to open some important blocked points on my Ren and Du meridians and the eight extraordinary meridians. He stimulated over a dozen acupoints, using points from the Ten Complete Nourishing Decoction formula. He stated that each point he stimulated was equivalent to a hundred times the efficacy of ordinary silver needles and should not be taken lightly. That night, I again did not take medication and slept soundly, feeling very relaxed the next day…

5. The Unique Experience of Pore Breathing

On the morning of the 24th, I followed Master Yinding’s instructions to practice the “Leaking Elixir” method, and after finishing, I sat quietly to nurture myself. Before long, I noticed that the embryonic breathing point in my abdomen gradually expanded to the lower abdominal area centered around the dantian, especially feeling cool at the perineum. As the embryonic breathing transitioned from a point to a surface, I noticeably felt a significant increase in my breathing volume. After about half an hour, I finished my practice. During the closing activities, I suddenly realized that the embryonic breathing surface had expanded from my lower abdomen to all my pores, as if I were bathing in the sea of Qi. With the opening and closing of my pores, there was frequent automatic exchange of Qi between my body and the natural Qi of the environment, and my body felt pleasantly numb. Soon, the Qi gathered in the heart area, causing a tight sensation, as if the Qi were impacting the disease site. A few minutes later, it became unobstructed, and then the Qi rose to my head, swirling within, making my head feel heavy, as if something were constricting it, and I could not relieve it for a while. I felt a bit scared and immediately concluded my practice. After performing the “Leaking Elixir” method a few times, the Qi finally dissipated from my head. Throughout the day, my pores were continuously opening and closing, with frequent automatic exchanges of Qi between my body and the natural environment, leaving me in a pleasantly numb state that was unforgettable…

6. The Impact of Disease Elimination Reactions

On the 25th, which was New Year’s Eve, everyone was busy preparing the New Year’s Eve dinner in a joyful atmosphere. Thinking of my distant relatives, I felt a bit uneasy. Fortunately, I had become quite familiar with Master Yinding’s family over these days, and I no longer felt like an outsider. After enjoying a good meal, I started watching the Spring Festival Gala. After a while, Master Yinding dismissed his wife and others and began treating me again.

Master Yinding said it was necessary to strengthen the impact on the disease site, thoroughly clearing the “Qi stagnation” caused by negative disease sites in the heart, so that I could fully recover. To be honest, on New Year’s Eve, while people across the country were happily watching the Spring Festival Gala at home, Master Yinding was still thinking about how to completely cure my illness, giving the disease a significant blow. I felt a bit guilty inside. I could only repay Master Yinding’s kindness after my illness was completely cured. After Master Yinding performed acupoint therapy and healing, the entire treatment concluded. When I left Master Yinding’s home, he told me that I might experience significant disease elimination reactions that night, but I should not be afraid.

7. The Revival of Kidney Yang Function

On the 26th (the first day of the New Year), the treatment from the previous night had completely exhausted me. In the morning, I found my whole body was sore and I could not get out of bed, but my heart felt fine. It was not until Master Yinding came to my hotel to check on my reactions that he finally felt relieved, saying, “You have finally started to eliminate the disease; your illness is about to be completely cured.” The soreness throughout my body indicated that the cold, damp, and negative disease Qi deeply embedded in my meridians was being expelled. The more sore I felt, the better the elimination effect, and my heart would feel increasingly comfortable. This is called being reborn. Master Yinding then used the Qigong needle technique to nourish my righteous Qi and promote the expulsion of evil Qi, selecting two acupoints on my body to treat. Using his fingers instead of needles and intention instead of needles, he began the treatment. A few minutes later, I entered a state of emptiness, and my body quickly warmed up, with gurgling sounds in my abdomen and frequent flatulence, while the perineum pulsated and contracted. After the treatment, Master Yinding instructed me to rest more today, and in the following days, as my kidney yang was activated, my sexual desire would be very strong, requiring the “Leaking Elixir” method to address it, as sexual energy is the best tonic for nourishing the internal organs. Indeed, as Master Yinding had said, that night while sleeping around one o’clock, I suddenly felt my kidney yang activate, with my penis automatically erecting and a strong sexual desire. This phenomenon was the first occurrence in one or two years. Due to my poor heart function, I had consulted TCM doctors who told me that I had severe coldness in my body, with deficiencies in kidney yang, spleen yang, and heart yang. Therefore, I had long been experiencing a form of impotence. I had sought treatment for this and taken many medications, but nothing worked. At that time, I could not even solve my heart problem, and my life was at risk, so I had no thoughts for anything else. I did not expect Master Yinding’s abilities to be so strong; he not only treated my heart disease but also addressed other issues in my body. After Master Yinding’s Wuji recovery method treatment, my entire body and overall health underwent comprehensive recovery. No wonder Master Yinding told me that the information he infused into my body was a form of spiritual energy mass that would automatically seek out weak points in the patient’s body for automatic adjustment.

8. Initial Testing of Efficacy

On the 27th (the second day of the New Year), Master Yinding invited me to climb a mountain, saying it was a local Buddhist holy site, to change the air and to merge with nature as much as possible, and also to offer incense to Guanyin Bodhisattva and make a wish. I instinctively felt some resistance, as I had previously struggled to climb stairs, and now I was about to engage in such a strenuous activity, fearing I might be in danger. However, having been here for a few days, I wanted to test the efficacy, so I steeled myself and agreed. At first, climbing the mountain was a bit strenuous, but I gradually felt more relaxed. Master Yinding and I wandered around the mountain until 3 PM, and I experienced no discomfort during the entire process. After descending, I played mahjong with Master Yinding’s family, and the whole process was very enjoyable, as if I had returned to the harmonious scene of my family before I fell ill. This mountain trip tested my heart function, which had improved, greatly boosting my confidence; after so many years of hardship, there was finally hope. That evening, Master Yinding again used the Qigong needle technique for enhanced treatment. This time, the sensations were different from before, with noticeable numbness, heat, and swelling, especially at the kidney shu point, which was painfully unbearable, making me want to shout out loud. The discomfort persisted for a long time after the treatment, indicating that the process of eliminating disease is indeed painful. Fortunately, after Master Yinding’s treatment, the symptoms gradually eased, which was the greatest comfort. However, strangely, the next morning, I found that the soreness at the kidney shu point had miraculously disappeared. I was amazed at how my body changed daily, and I felt incredibly happy…

9. The Grand Efficacy of Empowerment

On the 28th (the third day of the New Year), it was an important day, as Master Yinding was to strengthen my abilities and enable me to directly communicate with the energy fields of the ancestors. He held a formal apprenticeship and empowerment ceremony for me. After a series of complex rituals during the empowerment ceremony, I felt a heavy sensation on my head and a continuous tingling and swelling sensation in my body. However, I did not have any other special feelings. After Master Yinding completed the empowerment for me, my condition suddenly changed on the way back; I felt as light as a swallow, completely transforming from my previous heavy gait to a light and buoyant walk, as if an external force was propelling me forward. I felt enveloped by a layer of Qi, with frequent openings and closings below my navel, and my breathing through my mouth and nose became very faint, maintaining this state while walking, sitting, and lying down. I finally understood the meaning of Master Yinding’s statement that one could practice for 24 hours in this state. The significant changes before and after empowerment made me deeply appreciate the importance of the transmission of Daoist secret methods. Therefore, respecting teachers and the Dao, and cultivating virtue is indeed the first principle of superior secret methods. Otherwise, one cannot connect with the information channels of the master and the ancestors, and will achieve nothing. That night, my kidney yang rose again, and my penis frequently erected, with strong sexual desire. I urgently practiced the “Leaking Elixir” method several times, and the phenomenon of erection soon disappeared. This further confirmed the authenticity and immediate effects of Master Yinding’s empowerment energy infusion. It was incredibly miraculous and rare. This made me reflect on my past experiences of blindly practicing without guidance, suffering through such situations, and I realized that truly effective methods are actually simple and effective. After Master Yinding transmitted the methods and key principles, the issues that had troubled me for over a decade were resolved. I truly understood the meaning of the saying, “True methods and great laws emphasize true transmission; false transmission leads to countless books.” I further realized that Master Yinding’s energy empowerment is indeed the transplantation of spiritual seedlings and the re-creation of wisdom roots, connecting practitioners to the high-level energy channels of the master and ancestors, which is crucial for those learning Qigong.

10. The Final Blow to the Disease

On the 29th (the third day of the New Year), I was to conclude my treatment and return home. Due to the instability of my Qi, to prevent a relapse, Master Yinding specially taught me the Qigong needle technique, which I could use for self-treatment when necessary. Similar to previous sessions, everything was completed through oral transmission between master and disciple, following traditional teaching methods without written records or passing on to others. I thought this would be the end, but Master Yinding checked my body for the smoothness of my meridians and then stimulated a few acupoints that needed enhanced efficacy, claiming that my illness had been completely cured. In the afternoon, I went out with Master Yinding’s family to explore the city, and my heart felt completely renewed. My entire demeanor underwent a fundamental change, and I was extremely happy, feeling a sense of lightness that I had rarely experienced before…

Although I was still unsure if my illness had been completely cured, I dared not think about it at that moment. However, after returning home and relying solely on practicing without medication, the fact that all symptoms of my heart condition had disappeared proved that Master Yinding was entirely correct; my illness had been completely cured.

Conclusion:

In just eight days, compared to the ten years of illness, these two numbers are truly disproportionate; it is indeed a case of a decade-long illness being resolved in an instant. This makes one marvel at the miraculous nature of traditional Chinese medicine and the Wuji Natural Recovery Technique, as well as the Daoist practices of Master Yinding. I feel that Master Yinding’s Wuji Natural Recovery Method is indeed a supplement and improvement to modern Chinese medicine. Master Yinding is not a professional doctor, but his knowledge of acupuncture, TCM, acupoint therapy, and Qigong far exceeds that of a modern university professor of Chinese medicine; it is truly a miracle! Master Yinding’s Wuji Natural Recovery Technique employs classical traditional medical techniques, integrating acupuncture, Qigong, acupoint therapy, comprehensive human information field adjustment, and self-practice of patients, along with herbal treatments for some patients, forming a complete recovery treatment system that is a blessing for many patients.

The feeling of recovery is truly wonderful. The erroneous thoughts and behaviors before my illness cost me dearly, and now I have learned to cherish happiness. Master Yinding’s Wuji Natural Recovery Technique has brought me not only physical restoration but also a re-creation of my soul. Lifelong practice according to the method, benefiting oneself and others, will be the best repayment to the sages of the past. I believe that such effective methods as the Wuji Natural Recovery Technique will be recognized by more and more people and will bring blessings to many!

2).Detailed Record of My Experience Seeking the Dao in Chongqing

I learned about the Wuji Recovery Center and Master Yinding online. After contacting Master Yinding by phone on March 18, 2009, an incredible event occurred that night while I was meditating, leading to a series of changes in my body that I had never experienced or felt before. Below is a detailed record of my genuine experiences:

1. Automatic Activation of Embryonic Breathing

On March 18, I spoke with Master Yinding. That night, after sitting in meditation for about eight or nine minutes, I felt an unexpected stillness outside the room. Upon listening closely, I realized that my own nasal breathing had ceased, and my lower abdomen was rhythmically expanding and contracting. I tested whether this was embryonic breathing by holding my breath, and there was no feeling of chest tightness or suffocation; my body felt particularly comfortable. I continued to hold my breath, and my lower abdomen began to warm up, spreading throughout my body, with my face feeling hot as if I were intoxicated. After about ten minutes, I involuntarily took a long breath, returning to my original nasal breathing, and the abdominal movement ceased. The next morning, I felt a fragrant sensation in my nasal cavity. That night, while meditating, embryonic breathing occurred again, but it was not as intense as the first time.

I genuinely felt that Master Yinding’s energy field is indeed powerful, capable of acting on the human body through invisible means across time and space, which has scientific basis. No wonder practitioners of secret methods often say, “Sincerity brings spiritual response”; this mainly means that sincerity allows for resonance and spiritual connection. Anyone who connects with Master Yinding’s information will inevitably be influenced by the information field without realizing it. When I saw the experiences shared by Dingxin and Dingsheng, I was somewhat skeptical and could not fully understand. Now I truly realize that their experiences are indeed real and not exaggerated. In the face of advanced Daoist techniques, many phenomena cannot be explained by our conventional thinking. Therefore, anyone studying the Wuji Recovery secret methods must cultivate their heart, be kind and compassionate, have a clear mind, and respect teachers and the Dao; this is the first principle of learning and practicing the methods. One must deeply comprehend this, as only by connecting with the master’s heart can one resonate; a heart connection can bring the dead back to life; a heart connection can lead to success in all endeavors!

2. Automatic Fasting

On March 21, I had no desire to eat breakfast, and during lunch and dinner, I felt no hunger and did not want to eat, so I only drank some water. I felt weak and fatigued, but my face was warm, with stable vital signs: blood pressure 115/87 mmHg, heart rate 76 beats/min, respiratory rate 18 breaths/min, and body temperature 36.2 °C. On the 23rd, I experienced throat itchiness and phlegm, but I had no hunger or appetite, and the feelings of fatigue and weakness disappeared. It was not until April 10, at Master Yinding’s home, that he instructed me to end the fasting and sent me the message to start eating again, at which point I gradually developed an appetite. During this period, the fasting lasted for 18 days. During these 18 days, I did not eat anything except for water, and I did not experience any discomfort or signs of illness, maintaining my usual work and life with energy. I only lost 6 kilograms. This automatic fasting phenomenon occurred after receiving Master Yinding’s information, which I had never experienced before…

3. Qi Attacking the Disease Site

I had hyperthyroidism for over five years and often felt discomfort in my throat. On March 21, after fasting, I experienced throat itchiness and phlegm, which lasted for about eight or nine days before disappearing on its own.

4. Qi Penetrating the Central Meridian

On April 2 and 3, after sitting in meditation at night, I felt tightness from the Baihui point to the anus, resembling a bell shape – from Baihui to the chest, it was thick at first and then narrowed, with the tip pointing towards the center; from the anus to the chest, it was thick at first and then narrowed, with the tip pointing towards the chest, and it felt connected yet unconnected for about two minutes. There was also tightness between my eyebrows.

The above are a series of changes in my body that occurred after connecting with Master Yinding’s information from thousands of miles away after our phone conversation. I adhere to the principle of being factual and not exaggerating or downplaying, nor misleading in my academic approach, and I record these experiences as they are.

5. Dream Fulfilled in Chongqing

Due to the various changes in my body, I had to reflect on my situation. I cherish this opportunity. On April 8, I took a fast train from Beijing to Chongqing to apprentice under Master Yinding, learning for nine days and gaining much. Since my experiences, changes, and feelings during the nine days at Master Yinding’s home are numerous, writing them all down takes a long time. I will take time to share all my experiences with everyone later. For now, I will share some changes that occurred during the empowerment ceremony on the evening of April 16:

That evening, Master Yinding held a grand empowerment ceremony as planned, offering prayers to the celestial beings and earthly deities, seeking blessings and support for all beings and promoting traditional Chinese medicine…

I held the golden elixir ball (as a symbolic offering) and stood in a posture to receive the empowerment. I made an effort to experience it… I felt that the energy field emitted by Master Yinding through sound waves was particularly powerful. When Master Yinding recited the prayer, my entire body trembled in response to his voice. His voice was so loud and powerful that the sound waves penetrated my body and reached behind me. My consciousness felt a bit hazy, and my mind became tranquil, free of any distractions. My body gradually felt smaller, as if it were shrinking and sinking, with my chest seemingly compressing into my waistband, and the warmth from my waistband reached my chest and circled around it. I felt smaller and smaller.
