Location: On the back of the hand, between the 1st and 2nd metacarpals (thumb and index finger), at the midpoint of the radial side of the 2nd metacarpal.

Location: On the ulnar side of the palm, slightly clenched fist, at the head of the transverse crease before the little finger joint (5th metacarpal joint). Meridian point of the Hand Taiyang Small Intestine, a meeting point of the Eight Meridians connecting to the Governing Vessel.
Method:
1. Use the right thumb and index finger to separate, with the thumb on the left palm and the index finger on the left back, simultaneously pinching, kneading, and rubbing the left Hou Xi 50 times; switch to the left hand to pinch, knead, and rub the right Hou Xi 50 times. 2. 6. Huan Tiao (Jumping Circle) Point
Location:
On the outer side of the thigh, lying on the side with the hip flexed, at the intersection of the outer 1/3 and middle 1/3 of the line connecting the most prominent point of the greater trochanter and the sacral hiatus.

8. Yin Men (Yin Gate) Point
Location: On the front of the thigh, on the line connecting Cheng Fu and Wei Zhong (the midpoint of the line from the gluteal fold to the popliteal crease), 6 inches below Cheng Fu.

Method:

Location: On the outer side of the lower leg, below the knee, at the prominent point just below the head of the fibula.

1. Use both thumbs to press on both legs’ Yang Ling Quan, with the other four fingers supporting the calf, simultaneously kneading 50 times.
2. Both hands press on the outer sides of both knees, simultaneously patting each 50 times.
10. Kun Lun (Kun Lun) Point
Location: On the outer ankle, at the prominent point between the outer ankle tip and the Achilles tendon.
