③ Formula for Relieving Liver Damp Heat:Fo Shou (Buddha’s hand) 10g, Sheng Mai Ya (Barley sprout) 15g, Sheng Shan Zha (Hawthorn) 6g, 2 pieces of rock candy. Drink as tea. If appetite is poor, you can use Sheng Mai Ya as tea: 10-15g of Sheng Mai Ya.
Liver damp heat symptoms: thick and greasy tongue coating, dry bitter taste in the mouth, bad breath, easily irritable.
④ Clear Lung Heat:Method: Lu Gen (Reed) 30g, 1 pear, juice. Adults with diabetes can drink some (the main indicators of lung heat are floating pulse, red and swollen throat, constipation, and tongue appearance. What will the tongue appearance show? Red tongue, red tip, thick and greasy coating).
⑤ Spleen and Stomach Heat Syndrome, mouth and nose sores, bad breath, oily face and hair, red cheeks, red eyes, dry stools, etc.Effectively clear stomach heat, eliminate bad breath (small pimples on the face, oral ulcers): 10g of bamboo leaves, 10g of tangerine peel, boil in water (or steep in hot water) as tea for 7 days. Avoid: eat lightly.
65. Hand Tremors, Foot Tremors:
A soaking method for hands and feet: for symptoms of muscle and tendon damage, Qi and blood stagnation causing muscle and joint pain and stiffness (Parkinson’s, hand tremors, foot tremors can also use a towel soaked in medicinal liquid to apply to the feet).
Muscle Relaxing and Pain Relief Wash: 30g of pepper, 30g of Tuo Gu Cao (Houttuynia cordata), 10g of Hong Hua (Carthamus tinctorius), 50g of salt, 200ml of white liquor, add 1000ml of water, boil for 10 minutes. This wash can achieve muscle relaxation, blood circulation, swelling reduction, and pain relief, boil for 10-20 minutes, soak 2-3 times a day, for 20 minutes, not too hot.
66. Constipation:
Drink a small bowl of self-made beverage: pour hot water into a small bowl, wait until warm, add (1 small porcelain spoon of honey, 1 small porcelain spoon of aged vinegar), stir well, and persist in drinking every day between 6-7 am, very effective.
67. Preventing Rheumatism with a Small Formula:
This formula is suitable for patients with wind-cold-dampness, but if patients also have hypertension, diabetes, and other symptoms, they should not take it.
Chuan Niu Xi (Achyranthes) 20g, Mu Guo (Papaya) 30g, Du Huo (Angelica pubescens) 20g, E Zhu (Curcuma zedoaria) 20g, Qian Nian Jian (Acanthopanax) 30g, Hong Hua (Carthamus tinctorius) 10g, Yuan Hu (Corydalis) 30g, Ji Sheng (Mulberry mistletoe) 30g. Wash the above herbs, dry them, place them in a glass container, add 2000ml of white liquor, soak for 2 weeks before use.
68. Dry Eyes:
For dry eyes, experts recommend a simple herbal bag filled with Chinese herbs, using the method of hot compress with Chinese medicine, to treat dry eyes through warming.
Goji Berries 4g, Chrysanthemum 4g, Equisetum 3g, Nu Zhen Zi (Ligustrum lucidum) 5g, Huan Lian Cao (Eclipta prostrata) 5g, Sheng Di Huang (Rehmannia) 4g, place the above herbs in a medicinal bag, steam for 10 minutes. When the temperature is bearable, place it on both eyes, close your eyes for about 20 minutes, once daily, suitable for long-term use. However, care should be taken to prevent burns to the local skin, and those with severe eye diseases or skin damage around the eyes should not use it.
69. Dry Syndrome:
Chinese herbal moisturizing liquid, Bai Ji (Bletilla striata) 5g, pearl powder 1g, almond milk 240ml, milk 100ml, and one bottle of glycerin. Mix together evenly, wash and apply to the skin.
70. Edema:
①Use 200g of red beans, boil water as tea, drink several times, quickly reduce swelling. (Kidney deficiency)
②Fu Ling (Poria) 10g, Rou Gui (Cinnamon) 5g, boil in water to drink (for swelling in legs, feet, eyes, etc.).
71. Eczema:
Compound new Nuo Ming 2-3 tablets, grind into powder, 1 tube of dexamethasone, mix (add a little water) and it will be good in 1-2 days.
72. Heel Pain:
Use 20g of Chinese medicinal needle hemp, 50g of lake brain, crush and mix together, divide into 5 small cloth bags, use 1 bag each time, place under the painful point on the heel, change medicine every week, about 4-5 times to heal.
73. Qing Sang Zi for Treating Hypertension:
Take 30g of Qing Sang Zi daily, boil water twice, mix the juice, take in 3 doses, and blood pressure can return to normal within a week.
74. Food Therapy for Qi and Blood Nourishing:

77. Toothache from Deficient Fire:
Toothache from Deficient Fire: use pepper to stew an egg.
78. Kidney Type Sub-health:
3g of walnut kernels, 6g of goji berries, 3g of raw coix, 3g of raw peanuts, 3g of almonds, 6g of black sesame. Brew as tea or grind into powder to eat. Seven days is one treatment cycle.
79. Lantern Heart Bamboo Leaf Soup:
Baike Quanshuo Luo Dalun丨Soothe Liver Qi. 3g of lantern heart grass, 3g of bamboo leaves, boil in water, drink as tea.

People with red palms can consume chrysanthemum porridge daily, which can clear heat, dispel fire, and lower blood pressure.
81. Kidney Tea Suitable for Everyone:
Goji berries, Jue Ming Zi (Cassia seed), Bai Bian Dou (Lima bean), Shan Yao (Dioscorea), tea leaves (preferably Pu-erh or Tieguanyin) in equal amounts, steep in boiling water.
82. Stomach Pain:
Dan Shen (Salvia miltiorrhiza) foot bath: 6g of Dan Shen, boil in water, then add to warm water for foot soaking, especially effective during menstruation.
83. Stomach Prolapse:
Grind the first 6 herbs into powder + auxiliary materials into powder + boil into paste, can also be made into slurry. Eat every 3-4 days to internally adjust the body.
84. Heel Lifting for Kidney Supplement:
Exercise method: Stand, place both hands on the back at the Mingmen acupoint, palms facing each other, lift the heels, toes on the ground, then lift the heels again, then gently lower, continue for 5 minutes, can exercise 5-6 times a day for best results.
85. Knee Pain:
Regularly press the Feng Fu acupoint, and it will gradually improve. (Wind, cool, and cold can all be treated).
86. Method for Removing Dampness:
Take a piece of Xuan paper measuring 24×20 cm, fold it, spread the prepared mustard paste on one half of the Xuan paper, then cover with the other half (the mustard paste is sandwiched between two layers of Xuan paper), forming a pack.
When the paper is slightly warm, place it vertically on both sides of the chest vertebrae in the lung area, then cover with a towel, about 3-5 minutes, when the patient feels hot and itchy on the back, it can be removed. The area where the mustard paper was applied will be slightly red. Do this once every night before bed, which has good effects for cough relief, phlegm removal, and dispelling cold.
87. Qi Deficiency:
Bu Xin Yang Sheng San (Heart Nourishing and Health Preserving Powder), Western ginseng 1 part, Ling Zhi (Ganoderma lucidum) 2 parts, ground into fine powder, take once in the morning and evening.
88. Treatment for Cold Legs:
Tu Jin Pi powder 100g, Di Fu Zi 50g, She Chuang Zi 50g, Ku Shen 50g.
89. Tea for Dissolving Stasis:
Dissolving Stasis Tea: Raw Shan Zha 5g, rose 5g, decoct in water and drink twice daily, morning and evening.
90. For Heat:
For initial heat, slightly red tongue, it is recommended to use “San Xian Yin” to clear heat and dispel fire, preventing more serious conditions. Take fresh lotus root 120g, fresh reed root 100g, and 1 fresh pear, slice the lotus root and boil with reed root, simmer for 30 minutes, then filter out the residue, and add the fresh pear juice to drink.
