Mung Bean, Peanut, and Rice Milk
Heat Clearing, Blood Nourishing, and Detoxifying
Mung beans already have sufficient starch content. To balance nutrition and compensate for the lack of fat and protein, peanuts and rice should be added.
Peanuts are high in calcium and zinc. Eating more peanuts can strengthen bones, enhance brain function, and improve memory. They can also activate brain cells in middle-aged and elderly individuals, delaying premature aging and combating aging. The skin of peanuts can nourish qi and blood, and regular consumption can improve complexion in women.
Therefore, drinking this regularly in summer not only clears heat and detoxifies but also nourishes blood and benefits qi, alleviating summer irritability!

★ Tip Sharing:
Mung beans are prone to insect infestation, so here’s a good storage method: put mung beans in a large soda bottle and add a piece of garlic inside; this will prevent the mung beans from getting infested.
This method is also applicable to other legumes that are prone to insects, and it helps prevent mold and spoilage!
