Hello everyone! I am your doctor friend, Cao Yong, and I have been engaged in clinical work for malignant tumors for 40 years. Over these 40 years, I have deeply understood that it is not easy for the common people; some patients are the backbone of their families, supporting both the elderly and the young. When they fall ill, their economic source disappears, and life becomes very difficult. As a doctor, what I can do is to use my professional knowledge to help them, providing them with affordable and effective medications! I also try to take time every day to educate everyone about tumor-related knowledge.

Huang Qi (Astragalus)
Huang Qi, this herb is used in almost every formula. Huang Qi enters the Spleen (Pi) and Lung (Fei) meridians, and has functions such as 补气升阳 (bu qi sheng yang, tonifying Qi and raising Yang), 固表止汗 (gu biao zhi han, stabilizing the exterior and stopping sweating), 利水消肿 (li shui xiao zhong, promoting urination and reducing swelling), 生津养血 (sheng jin yang xue, generating fluids and nourishing blood), and 行滞通痹 (xing zhi tong bi, promoting circulation and relieving pain). Clinically, it can be used to treat symptoms such as Qi deficiency fatigue, poor appetite with loose stools, prolapse of the middle Qi, chronic diarrhea with rectal prolapse, Qi deficiency edema, internal heat and thirst, and blood deficiency with sallow complexion.
Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Huang Qi contains various active components, including polysaccharides, astragalosides, and flavonoids, which exhibit significant biological activity in anti-tumor and immune regulation. It can inhibit the proliferation of various tumor cells by affecting the cell cycle process, preventing tumor cell growth and proliferation. Additionally, it can enhance the body’s immune function by promoting the activation and proliferation of immune cells, improving the body’s ability to recognize and eliminate tumor cells.

Five Golden Combinations of Huang Qi
Path to Overcoming Cancer
1
Huang Qi + Fu Ling (Poria)
Fu Ling can alleviate anxiety and edema caused by cancer. Its calming and diuretic functions, when combined with Huang Qi, can effectively enhance the patient’s mental health and reduce limb edema.
2
Huang Qi + Bai Zhu (Atractylodes)
This combination enhances the body’s immune function, promotes white blood cell proliferation, and improves the ability to fight cancer. Bai Zhu and Huang Qi complement each other, effectively enhancing the patient’s constitution.
3
Huang Qi + Dang Gui (Angelica)
This combination regulates anemia and improves blood circulation, providing auxiliary treatment for fatigue and Qi and blood deficiency after chemotherapy. Dang Gui nourishes blood and alleviates pain, and when paired with Huang Qi, it helps replenish Qi and blood, aiding cancer patients in recovering their strength.
4
Huang Qi + Ren Shen (Ginseng)
Ginseng combined with Huang Qi can effectively enhance the body’s immune activity and resistance, providing synergistic effects against cancer.
5
Huang Qi + Dan Shen (Salvia)
Dan Shen has the effects of invigorating blood circulation and alleviating pain, which can relieve pain caused by cancer. Additionally, Dan Shen helps reduce blood viscosity, lowering the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
The above combinations are based on the collaborative effects of traditional Chinese medicine to enhance the patient’s constitution, improve immunity, and alleviate the side effects caused by chemotherapy. However, it is important to emphasize that these combinations are not suitable for all cancer patients and should be used under the guidance of a professional doctor to avoid unnecessary harm to the patient.
