Tuina

Kidney Bag Massage: Sit cross-legged, loosen clothing, and adjust breathing. Rub both palms together to warm them, then use the left hand to cup the kidney area (scrotum) with upward pressure, while the right hand rubs the Qihai (CV6) and Guanyuan (CV4) areas. Repeat 81 times, then switch hands and repeat.

Massage Shenshu: Before sleeping, sit on the bed, loosen clothing, let arms hang down, slightly close the mouth, tongue against the palate, gaze at the ceiling, contract the anus several times, then place both palms on the Shenshu (BL23) point with the middle finger aligned with Mingmen (GV4), and perform circular friction 120 times.

Massage Yongquan: Sit upright or cross-legged, warm both hands, hold one foot’s toes with one hand while massaging the Yongquan (KD1) point with the other hand, without counting, using heat as a guide. Switch hands and apply the same technique on the other side’s Yongquan point.
