The human constitution is influenced by both congenital endowment and acquired factors, which often determine the body’s susceptibility to certain pathogenic factors. However, constitution is not fixed; external environment, living conditions, and other factors can alter a person’s constitution. Therefore, for those with unfavorable constitutions, individuals can correct imbalances through changes in environment, dietary adjustments, physical exercise, and other health preservation methods to achieve the goal of disease prevention and longevity. There are nine types of human constitution, and below we introduce Yin Deficiency Constitution.
