In the fast-paced work life, more and more people are experiencing sub-health conditions due to work stress and irregular lifestyles, leading to health issues such as palpitations, insomnia, and weakened immunity, all of which are manifestations of insufficient Yang Qi.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technique – Warming Yang Cupping effectively regulates the Yin and Yang of the organs, enhancing the body’s ability to resist external pathogens and providing a new health experience for those in sub-health conditions.
Today, let us explore the Warming Yang Cupping technique that can help regulate Yang deficiency.
Warming Yang Cupping
Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technique
Is it moxibustion or cupping?Above, ignite the smokeless moxa stick, allowing the heat to penetrate and warm the Yang;below, the negative pressure principle of cupping, expels turbid Qi and eliminates cold and dampness. From a distance, the flames dance up and down in the cup, resembling a hot pot feast taking place in the abdomen. Have you ever imagined such a unique scene of “cooking hot pot” on your belly? Have you ever seen a cupping jar as large as a pot? This is not just a visual shock; it is a perfect combination of traditional Chinese wisdom and modern technology, bringing you an unprecedented comfortable experience. This is Warming Yang Cupping.
Warming Yang Cupping
Warming Yang Cupping Therapy
Warming Yang Cupping combines expelling cold and supplementing heat, integrating cupping, moxibustion, organ massage, and herbal hot compresses. It utilizes the combustion of alcohol to consume oxygen in the cup, creating negative pressure that adheres to the skin, providing both the negative pressure effect of cupping and the warming effect of moxibustion on acupoints.
Warming Yang Cupping not only overcomes the limitation of traditional cupping, which can only expel cold but cannot supplement heat, but also warms the original Yang, disperses cold and dampness, promotes circulation, strengthens the spleen and eliminates dampness, benefits Qi and invigorates blood, reduces swelling and dissipates nodules, and balances Yin and Yang. It is particularly effective for Yang deficiency and cold body, excessive dampness and obesity, and irregular menstruation and other conditions.

Warming Yang Cupping Treatment
As the ancient saying goes: “When the Ren and Du meridians are unblocked, all meridians are unblocked.” The Ren and Du meridians are part of the eight extraordinary meridians, with the Ren meridian governing blood and encompassing all Yin meridians, serving as the sea of Yin meridians; the Du meridian governs Qi and oversees all Yang meridians, serving as the sea of Yang meridians. The treatment area for Warming Yang Cupping primarily focuses on the lower abdomen, following the pathways of the Ren and Du meridians in the body.
The treatment duration for Warming Yang Cupping is 30 minutes, performed daily or every other day, with a course of 7 to 10 sessions.
