The clinical manifestations of mixed cold and heat syndrome are complex and variable; therefore, during diagnosis and treatment, it is essential to thoroughly inquire about the patient’s medical history and symptoms and conduct a comprehensive pattern differentiation analysis. During treatment, attention should be paid to observing changes in the patient’s condition and adjusting the treatment plan in a timely manner.
