1. Common Cold
1. Yin Qiao Gan Mao San (Yin Qiao Cold Powder): Jin Yin Hua (Honeysuckle) 30g, Lian Qiao (Forsythia) 30g, Jie Sui (Mustard Seed) 18g, Bo He (Peppermint) 18g, Huang Qin (Scutellaria) 30g, Chuan Bei Mu (Fritillaria) 15g, Shi Chang Pu (Acorus) 18g, Huo Xiang (Agastache) 18g, Shen Qu (Fermented Rice) 12g, Zi Cao (Lithospermum) 12g, Mu Tong (Akebia) 15g, Hua Shi (Talc) 30g, Da Huang (Rhubarb) 30g, Ju Hua (Chrysanthemum) 30g. Grind the herbs into a coarse powder. Generally, use 15-18g of the powder, place it in a covered bowl, pour boiling water over it, cover, and steep until palatable. Take warm, 2 doses per day. Effect: Clears heat and releases the exterior. Indicated for influenza and common cold.
2. Bo He Shi Gao San (Peppermint Gypsum Powder): Bo He (Peppermint) 60g, Sheng Shi Gao (Raw Gypsum) 250g. Grind into a fine powder. Take 30g each time, steep in boiling water and strain, take once in the morning and once in the evening, cover with a blanket to induce sweating. Indicated for influenza, fever, headache, slight sweating, and dry throat.
3. Liu Gan San (Flu Powder): Cong Gen (Scallion Roots), Gan Bai Cai Gen (Dried Cabbage Roots), Lu Dou (Mung Beans), Gan Yuan Sui (Dried Coriander) each 15g. Grind into a fine powder. Take 10-20g three times a day, steep in boiling water. Indicated for the initial stage of influenza, headache, and fever.
2. Cough
1. Jiang Xia Yan Sui Zhi Ke San (Ginger and Pinellia Cough Powder): Gan Jiang (Dried Ginger) 30g, Ban Xia (Pinellia) 30g, Yan Sui Zi (Coriander Seeds) 120g (roasted). Grind the three herbs into a fine powder. Take 9g three times a day after meals with boiling water. Effect: Warms the lungs and stops cough. Indicated for cough, especially in cold autumn and winter.
2. Lü Dong Bin Xian Chuan Lu Xi San (Lu Xian Powder): Kuan Dong Hua (Coltsfoot Flower) 15g, E Guo Shi (Goose Stone) 6g, Chen Pi (Dried Tangerine Peel) 6g, add Ren Shen (Ginseng) 1.5g for elderly or weak patients, add Rou Gui (Cinnamon) 3g for winter use. Grind the herbs into a fine powder, divide into 7 doses for 7 days. Each dose is taken at night while lying on the back, place the powder in a bamboo tube, have the patient suck the tube near the throat and swallow with warm water. Indicated for chronic cough that has not responded to other treatments.
3. Chuan Su Li Zhi Zhi San (Stop Cough Powder): Ma Huang (Ephedra), Xing Ren (Apricot Kernel), Sheng Shi Gao (Raw Gypsum), Ban Xia (Pinellia), Bai He (Lily), Gan Cao (Licorice) in equal parts, grind into a fine powder. Take 3g in the morning and evening, for severe cases add 1.6-1.9g. If there are external symptoms, take with ginger soup. Indicated for cough with phlegm.
4. San Sheng Dan (Three Sacred Pills): Tian Nan Xing (Processed) 30g, Ban Xia (Steamed) 60g, Gan Cao (Raw) 15g. First grind Tian Nan Xing and Ban Xia into a fine powder, mix with ginger juice, and ferment with wheat yeast for 7 days in spring and autumn, 10 days in winter. Then grind with Gan Cao into a fine powder, take with bamboo juice mixed into a paste, dry, and repeat the process of moistening and drying 10 times until the bamboo juice is used up. Take with white sand honey, dissolve a spoonful in the mouth before bed, and rinse with bamboo juice. Indicated for chronic cough that does not heal.
3. Asthma
1. Tan Chuan Lao Bing San (Phlegm Asthma Old Disease Powder): Bing Lang (Betel Nut) 30g, Pao Gan Jiang (Processed Dried Ginger) 30g, Chuan Bei Mu (Fritillaria) 24g, Hu Jiao (Pepper) 20 pieces, Ban Mao (Mantis) 20 pieces, Bai Tang (White Sugar) 500g, Chen Jiu Lu Dou (Burnt Green Mung Bean) 250g. Grind the first five herbs into a fine powder, mix with sugar and carbon, and store in a jar with many holes covered. Place the jar in a large pot of water, half-submerged, cover the pot, and simmer until the herbs are thoroughly cooked and form a block. Take out, dry, and grind into powder. Take 3-6g before bed, with boiling water, three times a day. Indicated for cough with wheezing, phlegm in the throat, and increased phlegm in winter.
2. Piao Xiao San (Sea Cucumber Powder): Hai Piao Xiao (Sea Cucumber) and red sugar in equal parts. Grind into powder, for adults 15g, for children 6g, mix with red sugar and take with boiling water. Take several times. Indicated for asthma.
3. Zhi Chuan Bian Fu San (Stop Wheezing Bat Powder): Ye Bian Fu (Night Bat) 1, roast until dry, grind into fine powder, mix with 2 parts yellow wine and 1 part white wine, then mix with the ground powder. Indicated for chest tightness and wheezing, especially with specific odors causing increased coughing. If ineffective in summer, must be taken in winter.
4. Ren Shen Ge Jie San (Ginseng and Gecko Powder): Add 1 pair of geckos (fried), Hong Ren Shen (Red Ginseng) 60g, Chuan Bei Mu (Fritillaria) 60g, Chao Zhi Mu (Fried Anemarrhena) 60g, Sang Bai Pi (Mulberry Bark) 60g, Jie Geng (Platycodon) 60g, Qian Hu (Peucedanum) 60g, Ku Xing Ren (Bitter Apricot Kernel) 60g, Fen Gan Cao (Powdered Licorice) 60g, Fu Ling (Poria) 60g, Guang Chen Pi (Wide Tangerine Peel) 60g, Dang Shen (Codonopsis) 60g, Bei Sha Shen (North American Ginseng) 60g, Jiang Ban Xia (Ginger Pinellia) 30g. Grind all herbs into a fine powder. During an attack, take 3g each time, three times a day with boiling water. When not symptomatic, take 1.5g each time, twice a day before meals. Effect: Tonifies the lungs, nourishes the kidneys, benefits qi, and stops cough. Indicated for weak asthma that worsens with activity.
5. She Tui San (Snake Skin Powder): She Tui (Snake Skin) 1 piece (freshly peeled is best). Cut into small sections, about an inch long, fry in sesame oil until slightly charred, grind into powder, take with boiling water, complete in one dose. Must take 10 times, once a day. Indicated for asthma.
6. Di Long San (Earthworm Powder): Gan Di Long (Dried Earthworm) 500g. Grind into powder, take 5g each time, three times a day with boiling water. Indicated for asthma, phlegm in the throat, and effective for those with hypertension and bronchitis.
7. San Wei Xie Fei San (Three Flavor Lung-Draining Powder): Chao Su Zi (Fried Perilla Seed) 15g, Ting Li Zi (Descurainia Seed) 20g, Gua Lou Ren (Trichosanthes Fruit) 15g. Grind into fine powder. Take 10g twice a day with boiling water. Indicated for real asthma, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and phlegm obstruction. Not to be used for chronic cold asthma.
8. Tian Lang San (Weasel Head Powder): Huang Shu Lang (Weasel Head Bone) in appropriate amount. Smash the head bone, roast in a sand pot until yellow, grind into powder, take twice a day, 2.5g each time. Indicated for asthma.
9. Ping Chuan San (Calm Wheezing Powder): Hong Niang (7 pieces), Ban Mao (7 pieces), Bai Hu Jiao (White Pepper) 31g, Bing Tang (Ice Sugar) 120g, Hong Tang (Brown Sugar) 120g, Bai Tang (White Sugar) 120g, Feng Mi (Honey) 120g. First grind the first three herbs into fine powder, then melt the last four herbs together, mix well, take 1 spoon each morning and evening. Indicated for cough with tightness, excessive phlegm, and wheezing with phlegm sounds, worsened by cold.
4. Lung Abscess
1. Zhang Qi Shu Ye San (Camphor Tree Leaf Powder): Zhang Qi Shu Ye (also known as Elderberry) grind into fine powder, take with alcohol. For those who do not drink, use ginger. Indicated for lung abscess, resolves before pus forms, and promotes drainage once pus has formed.
2. Xiao Yan Pai Nong San (Inflammation and Pus-Draining Powder): Jie Geng (Platycodon) 9g, Ba Dou (Croton) 1g, Bei Mu (Fritillaria) 9g, Yi Ren (Job’s Tears) 30g, Yu Xing Cao (Houttuynia) 30g. Grind into fine powder, take with warm water. Each dose 1-2g, twice a day, reduce for weak patients. Indicated for lung abscess with foul-smelling white phlegm, no fever.
3. Song Xiang Gan Cao San (Pine Resin and Licorice Powder): Song Xiang (Pine Resin) 9g, Gan Cao (Licorice) 30g. Grind into fine powder, take twice a day, 3g each time with boiling water. Indicated for lung abscess.
4. Xiao Nong San (Pus-Draining Powder): Duan Ge Li (Calcined Clam Shell) 5 pieces, Bai He (Lily) 9g, Chuan Bei Mu (Fritillaria) 9g. Grind into fine powder, steep in boiling water, take in two doses. Indicated for lung abscess, cough, and expectoration of pus and blood.
5. Pulmonary Tuberculosis
1. Ge Fen San (Clam Powder): Ge Fen 9g. Take 4.5g with rice soup. Indicated for pulmonary tuberculosis, cough, fever, night sweats, hemoptysis, etc.
2. Fei Lao San (Lung Consumption Powder): Bai Ji (Bletilla) 30g (stir-fried), Dong Chong Xia Cao (Cordyceps) 15g, Bai He (Lily) 21g, Sheng Shi Gao (Raw Gypsum) 12g, Tian Men Dong (Asparagus) 6g, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon) 6g, Qi Zhua Ju Hong (Seven-Fingered Orange) 12g. Grind into fine powder, take 6g with boiling water. Take before breakfast and dinner, wait 1 hour before eating. Avoid pork, leeks, etc. Indicated for lung consumption.
3. Bai He Bie Yu San (Lily and Soft-Shelled Turtle Powder): Bai He (Lily) 60g, Bie Yu (Soft-Shelled Turtle) 1, Bai Bu (Stemona) 60g, Bai Ji (Bletilla) 30g. First, dry the soft-shelled turtle with wheat bran, then grind with the other herbs into fine powder. Take 6-9g three times a day. Indicated for lung consumption.
4. Ping Lao San (Three Flavor Consumption Powder): Guang San Qi (Panax Notoginseng) 30g, Huai Shan (Chinese Yam) 500g, Bai Ji (Bletilla) 60g. Grind into fine powder, take 30g with 6g of sugar, steep in boiling water. Indicated for pulmonary tuberculosis, afternoon fever, flushed cheeks, and hemoptysis.
5. Bai Ji Hei Zhi Ma San (Bletilla and Black Sesame Powder): Bai Ji (Bletilla) 500g, Hei Zhi Ma (Black Sesame) 500g, Bai Tang (White Sugar) 500g. Remove impurities from Bai Ji, wash and dry Hei Zhi Ma, grind into fine powder, mix with sugar. Take 30g each morning and evening with boiling water. Indicated for cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis, tidal fever, night sweats, cough, and chest pain.
6. Qin Jiao Bie Jia San (Gentiana and Turtle Shell Powder): Qin Jiao (Gentiana) 9g, Di Gu Pi (Rehmannia) 9g, Dang Gui (Angelica) 9g, Qing Hao (Artemisia) 9g, Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena) 9g, Bie Jia (Turtle Shell) 12g, Wu Mei (Mume) 12g, Yin Chai Hu (Silver Chai Hu) 6g. Grind into fine powder, take 12g with boiling water. Indicated for lung consumption with bone steaming heat.
6. Chest Pain
1. Jia Mi Qu Tong San (Family Secret Pain-Relieving Powder): Qing Pi (Green Peel) 6g, Wu Ling Zhi (Flying Squirrel) 6g, Chuan Shan Jia (Pangolin) 6g, Gao Liang Jiang (Galanga) 4.5g, Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis) 4.5g, Mo Yao (Myrrh) 4.5g, Chen Xiang (Agarwood) 3g, Da Hui Xiang (Star Anise) 6g, Bing Lang (Betel Nut) 4.5g, Mu Xiang (Saussurea) 4.5g, Sha Ren (Amomum) 1g. Grind into fine powder, mix with 4g of shell-free Mu Bie Zi, fry until fragrant, discard Mu Bie Zi, and keep the powder. Take 3g with wine or boiling water.
2. Xie Ke San (Crab Shell Powder): Xie Ke (Crab Shell) roasted until charred, grind into powder, mix with red sugar, take 9g with hot yellow wine twice a day. Effect: Dissolves blood stasis and regulates meridians. Indicated for chest and rib pain.
7. Coughing Blood, Hemoptysis, and Nosebleeds
1. San Wei Qing Fei San (Three Flavor Lung-Clearing Powder): Chuan Bei Mu (Fritillaria) 3g, Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena) 3g, Bai Ji (Bletilla) 3g. Grind into fine powder, take 3g with boiling water three times a day. Indicated for lung heat and hemoptysis.
2. Tie Shu Ye San (Iron Tree Leaf Powder): Tie Shu Ye (Iron Tree Leaf) 500g. Roast into charcoal, store, grind into fine powder. For adults, take 1.5g, for children, half. Mix with fresh spinach juice or children’s urine half a teacup, take before bed each night. Indicated for hemoptysis.
3. Zhi Ke San (Stop Cough Powder): Hei Yan (Black Salt), Luo Bo Zi (Radish Seeds), Bai Cao Shuang (Herbal Frost) each 6g, Huo Ma Ren (Fire Hemp Seed), Ou Jie (Lotus Root), Ren Fa (Human Hair) each 9g. Roast, store, grind into very fine powder, divide into 5 packets, take with children’s urine, each time 1 packet, finish in one day. Indicated for pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchiectasis with hemoptysis.
4. Shi Ying Zhi Xue San (Quartz Hemostasis Powder): Bai Shi Ying (White Quartz) 10g, Ce Bai Ye (Arborvitae Charcoal) 30g, Fresh Mao Gen (Imperata) 15g. Grind the first two into fine powder, use Mao Gen 15g to decoct, take in two doses. Indicated for lung and stomach heat with coughing and hemoptysis.
5. Da Huang San (Rhubarb Powder): Da Huang (Rhubarb) 5g, You Gui (Cinnamon) 3g, Sheng Zhi Shi (Raw Red Stone) 30g. Grind the first two into fine powder, decoct Sheng Zhi Shi and mix with the powder for oral administration. Indicated for hemoptysis.
6. Rui Shi San (Rui Stone Three Flavor Hemostasis Powder): Han San Qi (Panax Notoginseng) 15g, Da Huang (Rhubarb) 5g, Hua Rui Shi (Flower Rui Stone) 20g (burned red, soaked in vinegar 7 times). Grind into fine powder, take 1g each time, indicated for hemoptysis, generally take 5-6 times. Avoid raw, cold, overheated, or spoiled food.
7. Qi Wei Wu Ling San (Seven Flavor Five Spirit Powder): Wu Ling Zhi (Flying Squirrel) 24g, Pu Huang (Cattail Pollen) 9g, Yuan Hu (Corydalis) 9g, Mu Xiang (Saussurea) 9g, Zi Wan (Aster) 9g, Xiang Fu (Cyperus) 9g, Gan Cao (Licorice) 9g. Grind into fine powder, take 9g with yellow wine, twice a day on an empty stomach. Indicated for hemoptysis.
8. Xiang Mo Lian Qin San (Fragrant Ink and Lian Qian Powder): Xiang Mo (Fragrant Ink) 45g, Huang Lian (Coptis) 9g, Huang Qin (Scutellaria) 9g (roasted black for storage). Grind into fine powder, take 6-9g each time, 2-3 times a day with boiling water. Indicated for lung disease with coughing and hemoptysis.
8. Headache
1. Quan Xie Di Long San (Scorpion and Earthworm Powder): Quan Xie (Scorpion), Di Long (Earthworm), Gan Cao (Licorice) in equal parts. Grind into fine powder, take 6g each time, morning and evening. Indicated for headaches caused by blood heat.
2. Jia Jian Ju Hua Cha Diao San (Modified Chrysanthemum Tea Powder): Ju Hua (Chrysanthemum) 3g, Bo He (Peppermint) 3g, Neng Sang Ye (Young Mulberry Leaf) 3g, Jing Jie Sui (Schizonepeta) 3g, Xiang Fu (Cyperus) 3g, Xia Ku Cao (Selfheal) 3g, He Ye (Lotus Leaf) 3g, Ku Ding Xiang (Bitter Clove) 3g, Gan Cao (Licorice) 1.5g. Grind into fine powder, take three times a day, 6g each time, after meals with clear tea. Indicated for headaches, dizziness, and head wind.
3. Xiong Zhi Ding Tong San (Angelica and Ligusticum Pain-Relieving Powder): Bai Zhi (Angelica) 50g, Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum) 25g, Gan Cao (Licorice) 10g. Grind into fine powder, take 9g each time, morning and evening with tea. Indicated for headaches.
4. Xiao Feng San (Wind-Dissipating Powder): Jing Jie Sui (Schizonepeta) 60g, Chao Gan Cao (Fried Licorice) 60g, Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum) 60g, Qiang Huo (Notopterygium) 60g, Chao Jiang Can (Fried Silkworm) 60g, Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia) 60g, Fu Ling (Poria) 60g, Chan Tui (Cicada Slough) 60g, Huo Xiang (Agastache) 60g, Dang Shen (Codonopsis) 90g, Jiang Hou Po (Ginger Magnolia Bark) 15g, Chen Pi (Dried Tangerine Peel) 15g. Grind into fine powder, take 6g each time, with tea. Effect: Expels wind evil and stops headache. Indicated for severe headaches caused by anger, fatigue, and emotional distress.
9. Nausea and Hiccups
1. Li Zhi San (Lychee Powder): Li Zhi (Lychee) 7 pieces, with skin and seed, roast until dry, grind into powder, take with white water. Effect: Opens the mind, benefits qi, and disperses stagnation. Indicated for persistent hiccups.
2. Zhu Sha San (Cinnabar Powder): Ban Xia (Pinellia) 15g, Ding Xiang (Clove) 6g, Gan Cao (Licorice) 6g, Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) 30g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 0.6g. First grind the first three herbs into fine powder, then mix in Zhu Sha (ground into powder), and finally add Bing Pian (ground into powder), grind the mixture finely. For adults, take 3-4.5g with light ginger soup. For cold stomach, use ginger juice in a cup, mix with boiling water. Indicated for stubborn or general gastrointestinal disorders causing nausea.
3. Chuan Pu Ding Xiang San (Chuan and Clove Powder): Chuan Pu (Chuan) 3g, Gong Ding Xiang (Clove) 3g. Grind into fine powder, take with warm water in two doses. Indicated for hiccups.
4. Dao Dou San (Bean Pod Powder): Dao Dou Zi (Bean Pod) 200g, roast until charred, grind into powder, take 20g with boiling water, twice a day. Indicated for hiccups.
5. Li Qi Zhi E San (Qi Regulation and Hiccup-Stop Powder): Gan Cao (Licorice) 30g, Xi Xin (Asarum) 0.5g, Bai Zhi (Angelica) 0.3g, Bo He Bing (Peppermint Ice) 0.06g, Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) 9g. Grind into fine powder, take in two doses with boiling water. Indicated for stubborn hiccups.
6. Jiu Zi San (Chive Seed Powder): Jiu Cai Zi (Chive Seed) 15-30g, fry until cooked, grind into powder, take with boiling water. Indicated for stubborn hiccups or cold-type hiccups.
10. Diarrhea
1. Niu Pi San (Cow Spleen Powder): Niu Pi (Cow Spleen) 1 piece, roast until dry, grind into powder, add sugar, take 1 tablespoon each time, three times a day until finished. Indicated for postpartum spleen deficiency diarrhea and children’s diarrhea.
2. Wu Geng Xie Xie San (Five Morning Diarrhea Powder): Liu Huang (Sulfur) 3g, Chi Shi Zhi (Red Stone) 60g, Hu Jiao (Pepper) 10g, grind into fine powder. Take 3g each time with warm water, twice a day. Indicated for spleen and kidney yang deficiency, morning diarrhea.
3. Er Mi Zhu Gu San (Two Rice and Pig Bone Powder): Chao Xiao Mi (Fried Millet) 250g, Chao Da Mi (Fried Rice) 250g, Chao Zhu Gu (Fried Pig Bone) 250g. Roast the pig bone with sand, remove the sand, grind the three herbs into fine powder, take 15g three times a day with boiling water. Indicated for chronic diarrhea. This formula is also effective for gastric ptosis.
4. Che Qian Zi San (Plantago Seed Powder): Che Qian Zi (Plantago Seed, slightly fried) 30g, grind into fine powder, take with clear rice drink. Indicated for sudden diarrhea.
5. Shi Rou Xie Xie San (Meat-Induced Diarrhea Powder): Fresh Zhi Qiao (Bitter Orange) 1, fresh pork a little. Remove the pulp from the Zhi Qiao, cut the fresh meat into small pieces, stuff into the Zhi Qiao, seal, wrap in yellow clay, and roast in ash until charred, then grind into fine powder, take in three doses with yellow wine. Indicated for habitual diarrhea after eating meat.
6. Xiong Huang Jiu Wei Zhi Xie San (Realgar Nine Flavor Stop Diarrhea Powder): Xiong Huang (Realgar) 15g, She Xiang (Musk) 9g, Mei Pian (Plum Slice) 21g, Bai Zhi (Angelica) 3g, Hu Jiao (Pepper) 6g, Gong Ding Xiang (Clove) 6g, Xi Xin (Asarum) 3g, E Bu Shi Cao (Euphorbia) 3g, Zao Jiao (Soapberry) 15g. Grind into fine powder, take 0.3g daily, for severe cases take 0.6g, with ginger soup. Indicated for morning diarrhea.
7. Zhen Ren Hong Jiao San (Hazelnut and Red Date Powder): Zhen Ren (Hazelnut) and Hong Zao (Red Date) in appropriate amounts. Roast the hazelnuts until golden brown, grind finely, take 1 tablespoon each time, twice a day, on an empty stomach with red date soup. Effect: Tonifies the spleen and stomach, boosts energy. Indicated for spleen deficiency diarrhea, fatigue, and weakness.
8. Bai Mian San (White Flour Powder): Bai Mian (White Flour), Nuomi (Glutinous Rice), Da Zao (Red Date) in equal parts. Roast Bai Mian and Nuomi until yellow, dry the dates, grind into fine powder, take 25-50g each time with boiling water. Indicated for diarrhea due to spleen and stomach weakness, morning diarrhea.
9. Mi Bang Liu Pi San (Corn Cob and Pomegranate Peel Powder): Yu Mi Bang (Corn Cob) 500g, Xin Shi Liu Pi (New Pomegranate Peel) 120g. Roast the corn cob and pomegranate peel until yellow, grind into powder, sift. For children under 1 year, take 1.5g each time, for ages 2-4, take 3g, for ages 5-8, take 4.5g, for ages 9-12, take 6g, for ages 13-15, take 7.5g, for ages 16 and above, take 9g. Take three times a day. Indicated for digestive disorders causing diarrhea.
11. Abdominal Distension and Indigestion
1. Kai Xiong Shun Qi San (Open Chest and Smooth Qi Powder): Old brush tubes 7, walnuts (with kernels) 4, small red dates (roasted) 7, lotus root sections 7, dry vinegar 500ml. Cut the brush tubes into small sections, roast with walnut kernels over low heat, drizzle vinegar over them, turning frequently until the vinegar is used up and the brush tubes and walnut kernels are charred. Then take out, grind into fine powder, and mix with the roasted red dates and lotus root sections, avoiding iron or copper utensils. Divide into four equal parts, take every half hour. Take with boiling water. For patients under 16, reduce by half. Indicated for qi stagnation in the chest, abdominal distension, fullness, and poor appetite.

12. Acute and Chronic Gastroenteritis
1. Tiao Wei San (Regulate Stomach Powder): Hui Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) 1.8g, Xiong Huang (Realgar) 2.1g, Ya Sha (Toothpaste) 12g, Zheng She Xiang (True Musk), Bi Bo (Pepper) each 0.6g, Duan Bo San (Calcined Borax), Ming Fan (Alum), Jiao Pian (Jujube) each 3g, Zheng Jin Bo (True Gold Leaf) 20 sheets. First grind all herbs into extremely fine powder, then mix well, store in a sealed bottle for later use. For adults, take 0.6g, reduce for children, place the powder on the patient’s tongue root, then take with Yin Yang water (half boiling water and half cold water). Indicated for acute gastroenteritis.

Grind into fine powder, for severe cases take 6g each time, twice a day, for mild cases take 3g three times a day with boiling water. Indicated for acute gastroenteritis. Not for pregnant women.
3. Long Yan San (Longan Powder): Long Yan (Longan) in any amount, roast until dry, grind into fine powder, take 25g with boiling water. Effect: Tonifies the spleen and harmonizes the stomach, indicated for acute gastroenteritis.
