Therapeutic Characteristics

First Function: Yin-Yang Balance Moxibustion can regulate the imbalance of Yin and Yang in patients. Traditional Chinese Medicine states that all diseases arise from the imbalance of Yin and Yang, thus regulating Yin and Yang is the foundation of treatment, as “when Yin is balanced, Yang is secreted, and the spirit is nourished”.

Second Function: Yin-Yang Balance Moxibustion has the effect of warming the meridians and dispersing cold, which can treat cold-type diseases. Cold diseases require warming treatment, such as pain caused by cold evil obstructing the meridians, dysmenorrhea, and cold-type stomach pain.

Third Function: Yin-Yang Balance Moxibustion can support Yang and solidify collapse, treating collapse syndromes and conditions of insufficient central Qi, such as chronic diarrhea, dysentery, rectal prolapse, and uterine prolapse.

Fourth Function: Moxibustion can invigorate blood and resolve stasis. When blood stagnates, warming it can accelerate blood flow, allowing stasis to dissipate, such as in the treatment of carbuncles and abscesses.

Fifth Function: Moxibustion has preventive and health-preserving effects, stimulating the righteous Qi to enhance resistance, making it particularly suitable for sub-healthy populations in the post-epidemic era.
