1. Wubai San Formula: Bai Wei (30g), Bai Ji (30g), Bai Lian (30g), Bai Zhi (30g), Bai Xian Pi (30g), Qing Dai (30g), Cang Zhu (30g), Huang Bai (60g), Da Huang (60g), Zi Cao (30g), Sheng Di Yu (30g), Zhi Long Gu (60g), Zhi Mu Li (60g), Zhi Shi Gao (60g), Zhi Bai Fan (60g), Zhi He Ke (60g), Bing Pian (15g). Preparation: Grind all ingredients into a fine powder except for Bing Pian, then mix Bing Pian and pass through a sieve, mix well, and set aside. Indications: Moisture drying and astringent, anti-inflammatory and anti-itching, mainly for the exudative phase of dermatitis. Usage: Apply to the affected area multiple times a day.

2. Fang Hu San Formula: Huang Bai (1000g), Zhi Lu Gan Shi (1000g), Wu Bei Zi (1000g), Hua Shi (1000g). Preparation: Grind each ingredient into a fine powder, sieve, mix well, and set aside. Indications: Drying and astringent, anti-inflammatory and anti-itching, used for the prevention of exudative dermatitis and rice field dermatitis. Usage: After cleaning the skin lesions with water, apply to the affected area.

3. Bing Hua San Formula: Bing Pian (15g), Hua Jiao (60g), Xi Xin (3g). Preparation: Place Xi Xin, Hua Jiao, and Bing Pian in a bowl, cover with a glass plate, and heat from below, allowing ice flowers to gradually form under the glass plate, then scrape and mix into a bottle for later use. Indications: Anti-inflammatory and anti-itching, can be used for neurodermatitis, pruritus, oral ulcers, etc. Usage: Apply to mucous membranes and skin lesions, or prepare a 0.5% Bing Hua San with 95% alcohol for external application 2-3 times daily.

4. Shi Dai San Formula: Zhi Shi Gao (1000g), Jin Yin Hua (1000g), Qing Dai (1000g), Ku Fan (1000g), Wu Bei Zi (1000g). Preparation: Grind into fine powder, sieve, mix well, and set aside. Indications: Pustular dermatitis. Usage: After boiling sesame oil, mix with the powder to form a paste (containing about 35% powder) and apply to the affected area 2-3 times daily.

5. Zhong Ru San Formula: Zhong Ru Shi (66g), Han Shui Shi (60g), Huang Lian (6g), San Mei Pian (3g). Preparation: Grind all ingredients into powder, sieve, mix well, and bottle tightly for later use. Indications: Diaper dermatitis. Usage: Clean the child’s buttocks with warm water, dry, and apply the powder to the affected area 3 times daily; if there is exudation, first apply a small amount of sesame oil, then sprinkle the powder.

6. Ru Chuang Sheng Ji San Formula: Huang Lian (3g), Bing Pian (2g), Ren Gong Niu Huang (3g), Xue Jie (10g), Yuan Ming Fen (6g), Er Cha (10g), Bai Ya (10g), Huang Qi (15g), Zao Xiu (10g). Preparation: Grind into fine powder, sieve through a 120 mesh sieve, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Pressure sores (II or III degree). Usage: First properly treat the wound, apply the powder directly if there are small blisters; if there are large blisters, drain the fluid, wash with saline if there is excessive exudation, then apply 10% Huang Bai water until the wound is clean, then sprinkle the powder, changing the dressing 1-2 times daily until healed.

7. Qing Gan San Formula: Qing Dai (9g), Lu Gan Shi (90g). Preparation: Sieve and mix well, bottle for later use. Indications: Perianal eczema. Usage: Wrap the powder in two layers of gauze. Before treatment, clean the anus, dry, and then apply to the affected area 3-5 times daily.

8. She Huang San Formula: She Chuang Zi (12g), Mi Tuo Seng (12g), Xiong Huang (10g), Shi Liu Huang (6g), Ku Shen (5g), Tu Fu Ling (8g), Qing Fen (6g). Preparation: Grind each ingredient into fine powder, sieve, mix well, then use high-quality vinegar to form a paste, bottle and seal for 5 days before use. Indications: Vitiligo. Usage: Take a small amount of the paste and apply to the affected area 1-3 times daily. Caution: Do not let this paste enter the mouth or eyes. After application, only mild itching of the skin is noted, with no other adverse reactions.

9. Xiao Yan San Formula: Da Huang (20g), Gan Cao (20g), Qing Dai (10g), Yao Hua (10g), Bing Pian (2g), Zhi Long Gu (20g), Lu Gan Shi (10g). Preparation: Roast Da Huang and Gan Cao in a pot until yellow, grind into fine powder, grind the remaining ingredients into fine powder, sieve through an 80 mesh sieve, mix thoroughly, and sterilize under high pressure, then bottle and seal for later use. Indications: Pustular dermatitis. Usage: After cleaning the wound with 5% Huang Bai water, take the powder and mix with 2% Long Dan Zi solution to form a paste for external application 3 times daily.

10. Fu Fang Liu Huang San Formula: Liu Huang (25g), Ji Dan (1), Ming Fan (8g), Bing Pian (0.5g). Preparation: Take a fresh egg, punch a hole in the top, remove the yolk, leaving the egg white in the shell, fill with sulfur powder, then wrap with wet dough (flour and water) and bake near the fire until the dough is golden brown, discard the outer layer, grind the baked sulfur powder into fine powder; separately heat Ming Fan in an iron spoon to remove moisture, cool and grind into fine powder, then mix with the ground sulfur powder and bottle for later use. Indications: Pustular dermatitis, folliculitis. Usage: First wash the wound with 5% Huang Bai water or saline to remove scabs and pus, then apply the powder once daily. Most cases heal after 3-5 applications.
