2.1.1 Wubai San Formula: Bai Wei (Cynanchum atratum), Bai Ji (Bletilla striata), Bai Lian (Dioscorea opposita), Bai Zhi (Angelica dahurica), Bai Xian Pi (Dictamnus dasycarpus), Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis), Cang Zhu (Atractylodes lancea), Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense), Da Huang (Rheum palmatum), Zi Cao (Lithospermum erythrorhizon), Sheng Di Yu (Rehmannia glutinosa) each 30g; Zhuan Long Gu (Calcined Dragon Bone), Zhuan Mu Li (Calcined Oyster Shell), Zhuan Shi Gao (Calcined Gypsum), Zhuan Bai Fan (Calcined Alum), Zhuan He Ke (Calcined Clam Shell) each 60g; Bing Pian (Borneol) 15g. Method: Grind all ingredients into a fine powder except for Bing Pian, then add Bing Pian, sieve, mix well, and set aside. Indications: Moisture drying and astringent, anti-inflammatory and anti-itching, primarily for the exudative phase of dermatitis. Usage: Apply to the affected area multiple times daily.
2.1.2 Protective Powder Formula: Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense), Zhuan Lu Gan Shi (Calcined Ganoderma), Wu Bei Zi (Galla chinensis), Hua Shi (Talc) each 1000g. Method: Grind each ingredient into a fine powder, sieve, mix well, and set aside. Indications: Drying and astringent, anti-inflammatory and anti-itching, used for preventing immersion dermatitis and rice paddy dermatitis. Usage: After cleaning the skin lesions with water, apply to the affected area.
2.1.3 Ice Flower Powder Formula: Bing Pian (Borneol) 15g, Hua Jiao (Zanthoxylum bungeanum) 60g, Xi Xin (Asarum sieboldii) 3g. Method: Place Xi Xin, Hua Jiao, and Bing Pian in a bowl, cover with a glass plate, and heat from below until ice flowers gradually form under the glass plate, then scrape off, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Anti-inflammatory and anti-itching, can be used for neurodermatitis, pruritus, oral ulcers, etc. Usage: Apply the powder to mucous membranes, sprinkle on skin lesions, or prepare a 0.5% Ice Flower Powder with 95% alcohol for external application 2-3 times daily.
2.1.4 Shi Dai San Formula: Zhuan Shi Gao (Calcined Gypsum), Jin Yin Hua (Lonicera japonica), Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis), Ku Fan (Alum), Wu Bei Zi (Galla chinensis) each 1000g. Method: Grind into fine powder, sieve, mix well, and set aside. Indications: Pustular dermatitis. Usage: After heating sesame oil to boiling, mix with the powdered medicine to form a paste (with a powder content of about 35%), cool, and apply to the affected area 2-3 times daily.
2.1.5 Zhong Ru San Formula: Zhong Ru Shi (Stalactite) 66g, Han Shui Shi (Calcined Water Stone) 60g, Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis) 6g, San Mei Pian (Prunella vulgaris) 3g. Method: Grind all ingredients into powder, sieve, mix well, and bottle tightly for later use. Indications: Diaper dermatitis. Usage: Clean the child’s buttocks with warm water, dry, and sprinkle this powder on the affected area 3 times daily; if there is exudation, first apply a small amount of sesame oil, then sprinkle the powder.
2.1.6 Pressure Ulcer Healing Powder Formula: Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis) 3g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 2g, Artificial Niu Huang (Bovine Bile) 3g, Xue Jie (Dragon’s Blood) 10g, Yuan Ming Fen (Alum) 6g, Er Cha (Catechu) 10g, Bai Ya (White Tooth) 10g, Huang Qi (Astragalus membranaceus) 15g, Zao Xiu (Cicada Slough) 10g. Method: Grind into fine powder, sieve through 120 mesh, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Pressure ulcers (II or III degree). Usage: First properly treat the wound; if there are small blisters, apply the powder directly; if there are large blisters, drain the fluid, and if there is excessive exudation, rinse with saline, then apply 10% Huang Bai water until the wound is clean, then sprinkle the powder, changing the dressing 1-2 times daily until healed.
2.1.7 Qing Gan San Formula: Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) powder 9g, Lu Gan Shi (Calcined Ganoderma) powder 90g. Method: Sieve and mix well, bottle for later use. Indications: Perianal eczema. Usage: Wrap the powder in two layers of gauze. Before treatment, clean the anus, dry, and then apply to the affected area 3-5 times daily.
2.1.8 She Huang San Formula: She Chuang Zi (Cnidium monnieri) 12g, Mi Tuo Seng (Myrica rubra) 12g, Xiong Huang (Realgar) 10g, Shi Liu Huang (Sulfur) 6g, Ku Shen (Sophora flavescens) 5g, Tu Fu Ling (Smilax glabra) 8g, Qing Fen (Calamine) 6g. Method: Grind each ingredient into fine powder, sieve, mix well, then use yellow vinegar to form a paste, bottle tightly for 5 days before use. Indications: Vitiligo. Usage: Take a small amount of the paste, apply to the affected area 1-3 times daily. Caution: Do not ingest or get into the eyes. After application, slight itching may occur, but no other adverse reactions are noted.
2.1.9 Anti-inflammatory Powder Formula: Da Huang (Rheum palmatum) 20g, Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) 20g, Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) 10g, Zinc Oxide 10g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 2g, Zhuan Long Gu (Calcined Dragon Bone) 20g, Lu Gan Shi (Calcined Ganoderma) 10g. Method: Place Da Huang and Gan Cao in a pot, roast until yellow, then grind into fine powder; grind the remaining ingredients into fine powder, sieve through 80 mesh, mix thoroughly, and sterilize under high pressure, then bottle tightly for later use. Indications: Pustular dermatitis. Usage: After cleaning the wound with 5% Huang Bai water, take the powder and mix with 2% Long Dan Zi solution to form a paste for external application 3 times daily.
2.1.10 Compound Sulfur Powder Formula: Sulfur 25g, Chicken Egg 1, Ming Fan (Alum) 8g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 0.5g. Method: Take one fresh chicken egg, punch a hole in the top, remove the yolk, leaving the egg white in the shell, fill with sulfur powder, then wrap with wet dough (flour mixed with water) and bake near the fire until the dough is golden brown. Discard the outer layer, grind the baked sulfur powder into fine powder; separately heat Ming Fan in an iron spoon to remove moisture, cool, grind into fine powder, then add Bing Pian powder, mix with the baked sulfur powder, and bottle for later use. Indications: Pustular dermatitis, folliculitis. Usage: First wash the wound with 5% Huang Bai water or saline to remove scabs and pus, then apply the powder once daily. Most cases heal within 3-5 applications.
2.1.11 Nitrate Huang Bai Powder I and II Formulas: I Formula: Mang Xiao (Glauber’s salt) 200g, Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) 200g; II Formula: Mang Xiao 100g, Huang Bai 200g. Method: Grind separately, mix well to make I and II powders. Indications: Frostbite. Usage: First dissolve 5g of Mang Xiao in water with 10g of Huang Bai, wash the affected area. For unbroken frostbite, use I powder; for broken frostbite, use II powder. Method: Mix the powder with water to form a paste for external application once daily. Generally, unbroken frostbite requires 5-6 applications, while broken frostbite requires 10-15 applications for healing, with no side effects noted during treatment.
2.1.12 New Qing He Powder Formula: Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) 10g, Zhuan He Fen (Calcined Clam Powder) 30g, Zhuan Shi Gao (Calcined Gypsum) 30g, Lu Gan Shi (Calcined Ganoderma) 15g, Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) 10g, Zi Cao (Lithospermum erythrorhizon) 5g. Method: Grind all ingredients into fine powder, sieve, mix well, and bottle for external use. Indications: Mixed rashes (especially vesicular and exudative types), pustular dermatitis, tinea pedis infection. Usage: Take a small amount of powder, mix with Hua Jiao oil or vegetable oil to form a paste, apply to the affected area. Note: This powder must be bottled and sealed.
2.1.13 Compound Huang Powder Formula: Sheng Shi Gao (Raw Gypsum), Hua Shi (Talc) each 350g, Sheng Hua (Sublimed Sulfur) 80g, Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) 60g, Wu Bei Zi (Galla chinensis) 100g. Method: Grind each ingredient into fine powder, mix well to form a powder, then use camphor alcohol (25g camphor dissolved in 200ml white liquor) to mix into a paste for later use. Indications: Pustular dermatitis. Usage: Apply to the affected area 2-3 times daily until healed.
2.1.14 Xi Xin Wu Bei Powder Formula: Xi Xin (Asarum sieboldii) 100g, Wu Bei Zi (Galla chinensis) 200g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 2.5g. Method: Grind into extremely fine powder, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Pustular dermatitis. Usage: First boil 10g of Ku Shen (Sophora flavescens) in water, let cool, wash the affected area, then apply the powder to cover the wound without covering it, 1-2 times daily.
2.1.15 Qing Shi Powder Formula: Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) 60g, Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) 60g, Shi Gao (Gypsum) 120g, Hua Shi (Talc) 120g. Method: Grind each ingredient into fine powder, sieve through 100 mesh, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Eczematous dermatitis. Usage: In the acute phase, mix the powder with sesame oil to form a paste for application, or sprinkle the powder lightly. Apply 2-3 times daily; in the subacute or chronic phase, mix the powder with Vaseline to form a 30% paste or 10% ointment for application, 1-2 times daily. Caution: Do not apply the medication too thickly, and do not forcibly remove scabs with hands or tweezers.
2.1.16 Shuang Huang Powder Formula: Huang Dan (Realgar) and Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) each 50g. Method: Grind finely, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Eczema. Usage: First wash the wound and limbs with 5% Huang Bai water using a cotton ball, then sprinkle the powder on the wound; if there is less exudate, mix with sesame oil to form a paste and apply to the wound 2-3 times daily. During treatment, avoid eating fishy and spicy foods.
2.1.17 Eczema Powder Formula: Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) 30g, Da Huang (Rheum palmatum) 30g, Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis) 15g, Xiong Huang (Realgar) 20g, Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) 20g, Wu Bei Zi (Galla chinensis) 15g, Lu Gan Shi (Calcined Ganoderma) 15g, Zhuan Bai Fan (Calcined Alum) 15g, Qing Fen (Calamine) 10g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 3g. Method: Roast Huang Bai, Da Huang, and Huang Lian until yellow, grind into powder, then grind the remaining ingredients into extremely fine powder, mix thoroughly, sieve, and bottle for high-pressure sterilization. Indications: Scrotal eczema. Usage: First wash the affected area with 5% Huang Bai water, then mix a small amount of the powder with castor oil to form a paste for application, 3 times daily.
2.1.18 Ulcer Powder Formula: Niu Dan (Bovine Gallbladder or Pig Gallbladder) 1, Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) 30g, Chen Shi Hui (Calcium Hydroxide) 30g, Huang Dan (Realgar) 10g, Qing Fen (Calamine) 10g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 5g, Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) 30g, Mi Tuo Seng (Myrica rubra) 30g, Wu Bei Zi (Galla chinensis) 20g, Ku Fan (Alum) 10g. Method: Grind Qing Dai, lime, Huang Dan, Qing Fen, and Bing Pian into coarse powder, then place into the gallbladder (keeping the bile), dry in the shade, and grind into fine powder; Huang Bai is dried and ground into fine powder; Mi Tuo Seng, Wu Bei Zi, and Ku Fan are also ground into fine powder; mix all ingredients thoroughly, sieve through 100 mesh, sterilize under high pressure, and store in a bottle for later use. Indications: Chronic ulcers of the lower limbs. Usage: Clean the affected area with 5% Huang Bai water, remove necrotic tissue, disinfect the wound edges with alcohol, take a small amount of the powder and mix with 2% Long Dan Zi solution to form a paste for application. Change the dressing 3 times daily until healed.
2.1.19 Skin Cancer Powder I and II Formulas: I Powder: Hong Fan (Red Alum) 3g, Zhi Gai (Nail) 15g, Tou Fa (Hair) 15g, Hong Zao (Red Date) 10g, Mian Fen (Flour) 30g; II Powder: Mao Tou (Cat’s Head) 1. Method: For I Powder, crush the first three ingredients and place them inside the pitted red dates, wrap with alkaline dough to form a ball the size of a longan, place on charcoal and roast until white smoke appears, then remove the flour shell, grind into fine powder, and bottle for later use. For II Powder, take one cat’s head, wrap it in dough, and dry it in the oven. After removing the outer layer of dough, grind the dried cat’s head into fine powder and bottle for later use. Indications: Squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and other skin cancers. Usage: First mix a small amount of I Powder with sesame oil to form a paste for external application once daily. After 2-3 days, if the affected area feels painful, switch to II Powder mixed with sesame oil for external application once daily. After 4-5 days, alternate between I and II Powder for external application 1-2 times daily until new granulation tissue forms, leaving only superficial scars. When changing dressings, ensure the area covered includes the tumor and surrounding skin by 0.5cm.
2.1.20 Wu Hu Dan Formula: Mercury 60g, Huo Xiao (Fire Nitrate), Zao Fan (Soapstone), Bai Fan (Alum) each 180g, Salt 90g. Method: Grind all ingredients into fine powder and place in a jar, heat over charcoal to melt and reform, then cool and invert the jar over a porcelain plate, sealing the plate with paper, and cover with calcined gypsum powder mixed with water to form a paste, sealing tightly to prevent gas leakage. Place the jar in a large container filled with yellow sand, leaving about 2cm of the jar’s bottom exposed, first place 1-2 pieces of charcoal at the bottom of the jar, burn for an hour and a half, then add more charcoal and burn for another hour, extinguish the fire, and remove the jar to find a white frost-like substance in the plate, which is Wu Hu Dan, bottle for later use. Alternatively, mix Wu Hu Dan with a small amount of cooked flour to form a strip for later use. Indications: Boils, carbuncles, etc. Usage: Clean the affected area, puncture the center of the boil or carbuncle to drain pus, then apply Wu Hu Dan powder or strip, cover with gauze, and bandage, changing daily. If pus is completely drained, switch to Sheng Ji San for faster healing. In severe cases, decoct Wu Wei Xiao Du Yin.
2.1.21 Gong Bei San Formula: Wu Gong (Centipede) and Wu Bei Zi (Galla chinensis) each 200g. Method: Grind each ingredient into fine powder, mix well, and store in a bottle for later use. Indications: Infectious skin ulcers. Usage: First clean the ulcer with saline, disinfect the surrounding area with 1/1000 New Jier Mie solution, then sprinkle this powder on the ulcer, cover with gauze, and change the dressing every other day until healed.
2.1.22 Flavored Qing Dai Powder Formula: Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) 30g, Zhuan Shi Gao (Calcined Gypsum) 50g, Shui Fei Hua Shi (Water-flying Talc) 50g, Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) 10g, Mi Tuo Seng (Myrica rubra) 20g, Ku Fan (Alum) 20g, Qing Fen (Calamine) 10g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 5g. Method: Grind all ingredients into fine powder, sieve through 100 mesh, mix well, bottle for high-pressure sterilization for later use. Indications: Scrotal eczema. Usage: First wash the affected area with 5% Huang Bai water, then mix the powder with castor oil to form a paste for application on the skin lesions 2-3 times daily.
2.1.23 Anti-inflammatory Skin Healing Powder Formula: Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense), Huang Qin (Scutellaria baicalensis) each 12g, Zi Cao (Lithospermum erythrorhizon), Mi Tuo Seng (Myrica rubra), Chi Shi Zhi (Red Stone Fat), Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra chinensis) each 30g, Long Gu (Fossilized Dragon Bone) 20g, Cang Zhu (Atractylodes lancea) 6g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 0.5g. Method: Grind all ingredients into fine powder, sieve through 100 mesh, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Lower limb ulcers. Usage: When needed, mix with an appropriate amount of honey for application, and wrap with a bandage from the lower to the upper leg, then back down, repeating the process, changing every 5-7 days until healed.
2.1.24 Scrotal Powder Formula: Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis), Mi Tuo Seng (Myrica rubra), Sulfur, and Hua Shi (Talc) each 20g. Method: Grind into fine powder, sieve, and mix well. Indications: Scrotal eczema, scrotal fungal infections, etc. Usage: Mix with sesame oil to form an ointment for external application 2-3 times daily.
2.1.25 Jiao Huang Powder Formula: Chuan Jiao (Zanthoxylum bungeanum) and Sulfur each 100g. Method: Roast Chuan Jiao until dry, then grind into fine powder with sulfur, sieve through 120 mesh, and bottle for later use. Indications: Tinea corporis, tinea cruris, etc. Usage: When using, take a piece of fresh ginger, cut it diagonally, and use the cut surface to dip into the powder and rub on the affected area for 3-5 minutes each time, twice daily, and again after bathing at night.
2.1.26 Wu Miao Powder Formula: Tian Hua Fen (Trichosanthes kirilowii) 30g, Hua Shi (Talc) 20g, Cang Zhu (Atractylodes lancea) 20g, Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) 10g, Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) 3g. Method: Grind all ingredients into fine powder, sieve through 120 mesh, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Eczema. Usage: Sprinkle on the affected area and bandage once daily. For chronic cases, mix with sesame oil to form a paste for external application.
2.1.27 Corruption Healing Pain Relief Powder Formula: Sheng Boro (Borax) 30g, Mo Sha (Mica) 3g, Fei Hua Shi (Flying Talc) 55g, Hu Po (Amber) 6g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 4g, Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) 20g. Method: Grind all ingredients into extremely fine powder, sieve through 120 mesh, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Recurrent oral ulcers. Usage: Apply the powder to the ulcer surface 3-5 times daily.
2.1.28 Vitiligo External Powder Formula: Xiong Huang (Realgar) 3.5g, Mi Tuo Seng (Myrica rubra) 10g, Bai Zhi (Angelica dahurica) 6g, Bai Fu Zi (Typhonium giganteum) 6g. Method: Grind finely, sieve to remove coarse powder, then sieve through 120 mesh to form fine powder, bottle for later use. Indications: Vitiligo. Usage: Clean the cucumber, remove seeds, cut diagonally, dip the cut surface into the powder, and rub on the affected area 2-3 times daily.
2.1.29 Ku Shen Powder Formula: Ku Shen (Sophora flavescens), She Chuang Zi (Cnidium monnieri), Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis), Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) each 30g, Chuan Jiao (Zanthoxylum bungeanum), Ku Fan (Alum) each 10g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 3g. Method: Grind all ingredients into fine powder, sieve, mix well, and bottle for sterilization for later use. Indications: Fungal vaginitis. Usage: Before each application, wash the vulva and vagina with 3% sodium bicarbonate solution or 1:1000 New Jier Mie solution, then apply the powder and change into clean underwear 1-2 times daily for 5 applications as a course of treatment.
2.1.30 Ulcer Powder Formula: Shan Dou Gen (Sophora tonkinensis), Da Huang (Rheum palmatum) each 30g, Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis) 15g, Ren Zhong Bai (Bovine Bile) 20g, Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis) 20g, Mo Yao (Myrrh), Er Cha (Catechu), Ku Fan (Alum) each 15g, Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) 10g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 5g. Method: First roast Shan Dou Gen, Da Huang, and Huang Lian until yellow, grind into extremely fine powder; grind the remaining ingredients into extremely fine powder, mix all together, sieve through 120 mesh, mix well, bottle, and sterilize under high pressure for later use. Indications: Oral ulcers. Usage: Before use, rinse the mouth with a 3% boric acid solution, then take a small amount of the powder and mix with 2% Long Dan Zi solution to form a paste for application 3-5 times daily until healed.
2.1.31 Blood Vessel Powder I and II Formulas: I Powder: Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense), Zhuan Shi Gao (Calcined Gypsum) each 50g; II Powder: Mang Xiao (Glauber’s salt), Pu Gong Ying (Dandelion) each 50g, Huang Bai 30g. Method: Grind I and II powders separately into fine powder, sieve through 120 mesh, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Thrombotic venous inflammation of the chest and abdominal wall. Usage: In the acute phase with redness, heat, and pain, use I powder mixed with cool water for local application; in the chronic phase with cord-like hard swelling, use II powder mixed with hot water for wet application. Apply 2-3 times daily for about half an hour each time.
2.1.32 Huang Lian Er Cha Powder Formula: Chuan Lian (Coptis chinensis), Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense), Er Cha (Catechu), Qing Dai (Indigo naturalis), He Fen (Calamine), Ku Fan (Alum), Zhuan Shi Gao (Calcined Gypsum) each 3g, Xiong Huang (Realgar), Qing Fen (Calamine), Xue Jie (Dragon’s Blood) each 2g, Bing Pian (Borneol) 1.5g, She Xiang (Musk) 0.3g, La Mei Hua (Daphne) 20 flowers (dried). Method: Grind all ingredients into extremely fine powder, sieve through 120 mesh, mix well, bottle tightly for later use. Indications: Alcoholic rhinitis. Usage: Take a small amount of the powder and mix with an appropriate amount of cool boiled water to form a paste for external application to the nose twice daily. In severe cases, decoct and take “Qi Ye Yin”: 10g of Loquat leaves, 12g of Platycladus orientalis leaves, 6g of Mulberry leaves, 6g of Ginseng leaves, 6g of Lotus leaves, 6g of Bamboo leaves, and 15g of Isatis root. One dose daily.
2.1.33 Xin Zao Powder Formula: Xin Shi (Xinyang Stone) 0.2g, Hong Zao (Red Date) 10 pieces. Method: First remove the pit from the red dates, place the Xin Shi inside, dry in a constant temperature box, grind finely, and mix well (the amount of Xin Shi should be 0.2g, not too much), seal in a bottle for later use. Indications: Facial skin cancer (non-metastatic). Usage: Mix sesame oil with the powder to form a paste for external application, ensuring the application area includes 0.5cm of healthy tissue surrounding the cancer. After application, the powder generally forms a dry scab with the cancerous tissue, gradually separating from the normal tissue, with the wound edges appearing smooth and neat, like a cut. If pain, congestion, swelling, exudation, and accompanying nausea and fatigue occur after application, they generally disappear within 3-5 days; if the cancerous area is too large, surgical removal may be necessary to shorten the treatment duration; if the cancerous base is near large blood vessels and nerves, it is not advisable to use to avoid damaging blood vessels or nerves.
2.1.34 Shuang Bai Powder Formula: Bai Lian (Dioscorea opposita), Bai Ji (Bletilla striata) each 30g, Da Huang (Rheum palmatum) 50g. Method: Roast the ingredients until yellow, grind into fine powder, sieve through 100 mesh, mix well, and set aside. Indications: Chapped skin. Usage: Clean the affected area and dry, take a small amount of the powder, mix with an appropriate amount of honey to form a paste, and apply 3-6 times daily, bandaging if necessary.

Method: Grind I and II powders into fine powder, mix well, and bottle for later use. Indications: Mix with sesame oil to form a paste for external application on the affected area 2-3 times daily.

Method: Grind each ingredient finely and sieve (120 mesh), store in a bottle for later use. Indications: Axillary odor. Usage: When using, take a cotton ball or sponge, dip in the powder, and rub the affected area vigorously, applying 2 times after bathing each night for 5 days (sessions) as a treatment course.
