3. Method: Massage and moxibustion, or apply a warming plaster like the Yuan Yang patch.

3. Method: Perform moxibustion at a distance of 2-3 cm from the skin.

4. Time: Moxibustion generally lasts about 10-15 minutes, and can be done daily or every other day.
